J’ai passé un excellent moment au Campanile de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. L’équipe est tout simplement incroyable, avec une osmose entre les membres qui se ressent immédiatement et qui rend l’expérience client exceptionnelle. Tout est sincère, chaleureux, humain. Mention spéciale à la directrice, toujours présente avec un petit mot gentil, qui va jusqu’à presser les jus de fruits pour les clients au petit-déjeuner ! C’est rare de voir un tel niveau d’engagement et de service. Cet établissement pourrait vraiment servir d’exemple pour beaucoup d’autres. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

En Centre ville et proche gare SNCF
Moquette tache, odeur d urine dans la SDB, pas écoulement d eau de la douche après avoir fait le remonter le problème, pas de changement, tv qui se coupe impossible de regarder un film sans que l image se fige. Bref ! Malgré un personnel sympathique, j espère que la rénovation de l’hotel effacera tous ces problèmes.
