This place is the worst place ever. Nothing works, hotel run down, foul odor, restrooms filthy, moldy shower curtains, and no cable. Front desk MIA therefore no one to change out the shower curtain or fix the cable. In the morning office closed therefore no breakfast available, not even coffee. They say you get what you pay but this was not the case. Because it is best western, got two rooms and not cheap.

We Wouldn’t stay again. Stains everywhere. Run down. Sleeps like cigarette. Advertises a free breakfast but the lobby is locked and you can’t actually get any. Useless place. We were not pleased with spending $100 on this crappy place. Run away!

We attempted to stay at the Sure Stay in Montgomery, AL last night, May 20. When we entered the “hotel” we saw the first signs of uncleanlinesses: giant stains on the carpets and clumps of dirt on the stairs. The room had a broken shower head, dirty bedsheets, brown, gritty water coming from the bathroom sink, poop on the toilet paper, stains on the walls and floors, dirt on the surfaces, missing plug covers, plastic over the smoke detector. We grabbed our things to check out immediately and get a full refund, but the desk clerk that we just spoke to at check in, wasn’t there. We called the hotel multiple times, rang the bell, left a voicemail. After 15 minutes of attempting to check back out, we left and went somewhere else. This morning, May 21, we came back to find a sign in the window saying, “making rounds be back later.” We called the hotel again, walked the grounds, checked the inside of the hotel, no one was there. You can see the security monitors from the check in window, nothing was moving. We called Best Western directly and were told to call back at 9 am. We called numbers that were stuck between the glass and the counter of the check in window. After 15 minutes we finally got a hold of someone who told us they would “be there” in 10 minutes. As in, they came from home?? No one is actually at the hotel 24/7?? We waited another 20 minutes and no one showed up. When we finally got to talk to someone, we were given excuses and told there is no refunds policy. We took pictures of everything. After threatening to report the hotel to the health department we were told we would receive a full refund. We had to ask for a print out of our bill, otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten anything.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, unclean, Stickey floors, 50 yr old carpeting with all the food and filth you can imagine, at least all the roaches were dead, plenty of ants in the breakfast room this place need to be shutdown I would give it a negative 5 if I could.
