Great staff. Rooms a bit dated. Rooms are not the “home bedroom feel” that many Homewood Suites have (ceiling fan, trim molding, etc). This is more like a Hampton. Okay for one night. TripAdvisor wants 200 characters so blah blah blah yadda yadda.

My team and I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery after finishing a project in Chicago where we stayed at the Palmer House in Chicago. We had an amazing experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Montgomery! We'd pick the staff and facilities at the Homewood Suites every time!!

Booked this hotel because they had a two bedroom suite and we have a large family. It was definitely not worth the price that we paid. The room seemed very dated and just didn't feel clean. The employee that my husband encountered while trying to get coffee the next morning was rude enough that we checked out before even eating the breakfast that was included with the stay.

Had several encounters with the staff. Excellent leadership dealing with employees shown by Assistant GM Tammy. Excellent service from front desk reps Serenthia & Christina who were very attentive to my multiple requests to make my family with special needs daughter comfortable. A special shout out to Phillip who handed my 2 am check in with ease to put very tired family to bed after a long road trip. Also Doris makes a great breakfast and maintains her kitchen and serving area in a very high state of cleanliness,. All these hospitality professionals are very good at what they do and the owners of this Home Wood Suites are very fortunate to have such quality employees. Staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Pool nice. Only negative is the handicap pool lift not operational. Check in staff very nice and helpful. Nice court yard. Breakfast was good. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

We enjoyed everything about this Homewood Suites. Rooms are large with a full kitchen, living room area with sofa sleeper and comfortable bed and bedding in the attached sleeping area. It is tucked away in an area of office complexes away from the freeway so is quiet and very safe. There is a great authentic Mexican restaurant five minutes away that was an excellent choice for dinner. The highlight of our stay was Doris who prepares an amazing breakfast! In addition to the usual items she had homemade pulled pork with all the fixins'. She is a treasure and we would come back to Montgomery just to visit with her. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Montgomery.

Teela was exceptional. We had a phenomenal stay, and would definitely recommend. The customer service experience was a breath of fresh air. It was just phenomenal. Thank you all so much. What an amazing way to start our trip. We will definitely revisit again soon.

I pulled the covers back on the bed to find body hair. I had to ask 3 times for new linens. I was brought the coverlet twice. If housekeeping cannot understand this simple request please hire people who can. There was hair in the shower. The soap dish was not clean and had the reminents of the previous guest in it. There was no soap in the kitchen. I wasn't acknowledged as a Hilton Honors with bottles of water. When I asked for late check out (1pm) I returned to my room at 11 am to find my card was not working. The bell carts are falling apart, very noisy and difficult to stear. The powdered eggs were unappetizing. I expected a little more from Homewood Suites.

SMALLN INSECTS CRAWLING ON THE BEDSIDE NIGHTSTAND. ALL WINDOW SCREENS HAD HOLES IN THEM. NO DAILY REPLENISHING OF COFFEE OR TEA OR PORTABLE COFFE CUPS IN ROOM, AND NO LINEN CHANGES OR BED MAKING, DURING A 5 NIGHT STAY, EXCEPT ONCE AT OUR REQUEST, BUT DIRTY LINENS LEFT IN ROOM, TRASH NOT EMPTIED, AND DIRTY DISHES IN SINK. TOWEL RACK FALLS OFF OF WALL OVER TOILET. FAUCET LOOSE AND MOVING IN BATHROOM SINK. PERSONAL ITEMS TAKEN FROM OUR ROOM, SEEMINGLY BY HOUSEKEEPING, AND NEVER RETURNED. BREAKFAST BUFFET HAD NO CUT FRUIT LIKE THE ADJACENT HOTEL. HOTEL MANAGER NOT AVAILABLE FOR DAYS. ICE MAKER ON OUR FLOOR INOPERABLE ENTIRE STAY. FRONT DESK CLERKS WERE NICE.
