This is a really nice place. The room was comfortable, and the staff was great. There are many dinner options in the building and nearby. Definitely go up to the rooftop bar here. We went for a few after-dinner drinks, and I wish we had actually had dinner there instead of the place we chose.

Not a lot of easy parking after 4:00pm. Couple options for garage or street but it’s only free until 8am and a small walk. Luckily the valet here is awesome @BJ thanks a bunch stay cool out there.

My stay at the PMC trilogy via Montgomery was sublime to say the least. A highlight for my trip would be my experience with the valet. They were respectful and were very mindful of my time they single-handedly made my experience 10 times better. The staff was also amazing.

First there were roaches in the room (see pics and video). When I spoke to front desk person Chandler about this, they agreed to move me to a different room. Initially, the discussion was to move me to a room when I returned back to the hotel. I later decided it was best to a) move me to a new room immediately whether it was upgraded or not and b) I should not be charged for my stay at all. She later wrote back and said that she would go ahead and upgrade me, but would only comp me one night. It goes without saying I found this utterly ridiculous, but I would talk to her about it later. I kept trying to call back, but was unable to get ahold of her. When I returned to the suite, the AC wasn’t working and there was hair in the bathroom and the bed. Luckily, Reygan was so sweet enough to help me out with the AC and I went ahead and stayed. I said I would deal with the room bill later. The second issue was when I tried to eat at the Waterworks restaurant the next day. I was seated by a hostess. 10 minutes later, I went to go to my room to grab my glasses and come back. I waited for 20 minutes and noticed everyone else around me was getting helped but me. Finally our flag down one of the waitresses. She said “I’m sorry, hon… what do you need?” When I told her I ordered, after another 20 minutes, only half of it came. She apologized and tried to go get the other half. Another 10 minutes passed and I still waited. Finally, I asked for the manager and two minutes later the fries finally came. After waiting another 10 minutes or so for the manager, I finally just left. Finally, there’s the KinSmith. The morning of the checkout, I kept trying to call downstairs to place a to go order as I’ve done in the past. Everytime I try to call, a guy named Javonte kept hanging up the phone. By the fifth time, I ask him “ hey are you hanging up the phone?” he pauses and says with an attitude“ What do you want for breakfast, sir?” I say “excuse me?” he hangs up. Now again., the last time I was here, there was never an issue like this. In fact, I remember him and he was actually nice to me. So I’m not sure what happened and I am positive he didn’t even know he was talking to me. Regardless, this is unacceptable and I am floored/appalled. Fast forward to two weeks later. I’m checked out of the hotel and I don’t even receive my bill. I have to call the hotel to ask for the bill. When I get the bill, they LITERALLY charged me for each night! Which is not what we agreed upon. Not to mention, again, given the fact that there was LITERALLY a freaking cockroach in my room, I cannot believe they would even bother trying to charge me a DIME, let alone THE ENTIRE BILL. Not to mention the abhorrent service I received while at Waterworks and Kinsmith. I was told someone in management was going to get back to me. It's been several months and still no word. All this, and more I did not write, clearly tells me they do not value customer service and thus I cannot in good conscie

Avoid this hotel! I made the reservation through the Marriott website a month in advance as a Bonvoy member. We arrived a few hours after check-in due to flight delays. Upon arrival, we learned that they had given away our room! We did not call in advance due to being in the air, but we have never had anything like this happen in our many years of frequent travel. The front desk was incredibly nonchalant about the fact that we were now without a place to stay (with two young children!). The best they could offer was a hotel in another town, but they did not offer a way for us to get there. I have emailed management and received no reply. We scrambled and found a place for the night, and they assured us our room would be available for the second night of our booking if we checked in early. We therefore had to rearrange our day's activities to be sure we could get there by 1 p.m. Upon check-in, the room smelled badly, the shower was dirty, and the Starbucks downstairs was not open. The next morning, the Starbucks had no food, nor did the Marriott. All in all, find ANYWHERE else to stay but here if you plan to visit Montgomery.

Beautiful hotel and very kind people running the operation! Gorgeous rooms and convenient walk to the center of town. The only thing that could be improved would be better noise insulation in the rooms.

Not worth it!
It was ok. I didn’t like the fact that it was no microwave in room and I had to go up front at the desk and let them warm my food up. I did not like the fact they do not offer free breakfast. I already spent 200 a night for the room at least they could have offer a free breakfast for that price I paid. The room was clean but I had to move rooms because toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to fine somewhere to park because you had to pay for parking if you couldn’t find a park so I had to wait until someone comes out to catch a park. If you ask me they should have gave me a discount. Then had to put a 100 down and website did not say that. I just feel like it wasn’t worth it for me.

Great hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk and the Valet Parking was incredibly easy. Tyler was doing a great job even being that he was new and by himself. Dante was so helpful too. Loved the room. Quiet. Comfy bed. Shower was awesome. Be back soon.

This hotel is lovely and very well-located. The staff seemed to be very uneven. For example, the staff in the rooftop bar were over-worked and nearly everyone seemed to be new to the job. It made what should have been a nice space to relax unappealing. A lack of training is not the employees fault, but it does impact the stay.
