Beautiful facility and very professional. The staff was awesome and took great care of me. I would highly recommend this place to visitors. Very close to great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and very well-kept unlike most facilities in their price range.

This was the worst and dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear them selling crack. This was a baseball tournament. We didn’t get any sleep.

This place was an absolute train wreck! The front desk staff was horrible. The facility was nasty passed the check in and out area. People yelled all night down the halls. There were no phone located in the room and the comforter on the bed was missing! I made reservations for two nights, but got the heck out of dodge early morning!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that they were pet friendly and that we could bring along our fur baby to this vacation. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We isn’t have any issues or complaints during our stay. Highly recommend

The hall that the room was in had a sour smell. The carpet is dirty. I could hear the shower of the person above me. I could hear the people walking above my room. I was given a room initially that didn't meet my requests that I took the time to list in my reservation. And lastly when I arrived home I had to request a copy of my receipt to be emailed to me, twice.

The people there were all very friendly and nice people. I expected it to be more clean. Carpet on floor might need to be washed, couch fabric might need to be washed. The pool and basketball court was really nice.

Very disappointed of the hotel cleanses rooms, and smelling, total discomfort, they need to upgrade the rooms or they could go out of business, it is a shame that the towels were dirty I have to call several times to change them.

Had trouble with A/C and bathroom fan which neither was completely repaired during our 5 day stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with different options each day. Cleaning service was adequate.

During our stay we saw several baby roaches. This hotel is not sanitary. The only reason we stayed was because we were in a stay to play softball tournament and there were no other options. Next time I’ll pay a waiver to stay at a better quality hotel for my family.
