Horrible experience
When we arrived on Thursday, the woman at the desk, appeared to take pleasure in the fact that she could tell people that there were no rooms available at check-in. The water fountains did not work and the exterior doors did not work. Thursday night there were chicken bones and chicken wings all over the floor in the lobby. The water fountain in the gym didn’t work either. It was a bad experience for our group.

The hotel room was beautiful. The staff were excellent. Not happy with ******* as i booked with breakfast for 2, but hotel told me it wasn't booked. Seco d time this has happened with *******. Not happy.

Nasty Nasty place!!
Terrible place. I do not recommend staying here. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked a room with a queen bed but was given a full-sized bed instead. When I asked the front desk, they insisted it was a queen, but I know the difference.
The hotel has no soundproofing — I could hear people walking above me and toilets flushing all night, making it impossible to sleep.
The worst part came when my wife and I found bite marks on our bodies. We checked the mattress and found bed bugs. We were so worried about bringing them home that we left all our luggage behind, checked out immediately, and bought new clothes.
This hotel is dirty and does not meet the standards you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Honestly, you would be better off sleeping in your car.
