Come and enjoy! SMOKING-Strict NO smoking policy. If it is noticeable that smoking of any kind has occured, a fine of $500.00 will be collected. EVENTS-Events may be considered, if you plan to have an event, please make the reservation for 10 people then check in with us for the additional fees and necessary requirements. Please ensure you list all the people that will be staying on the property. If you are interested in an event or camp, we have another property that may be more suitable. Please inquire. GUEST BOOKINGS-If there are more guests that arrive than on the reservation, you will be responsible to pay $50 per person per night in excess of reservation booking. PETS-There is a pet fee of $60 per stay cleaning fee when booking animals on our property. By making this booking, you are accepting the pet fee. The pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. Any pets not listed will be subject to the $100 per night per pet penalty fee as well as the $60 cleaning fee. GARBAGE- You must take your garbage to the dumpster nearby located at the drivewayof the horse barn located at 13784 Park Ave. Do not leave any garbage outside as animals will scatter it about. You will be responsible for the removal and cleaning of any garage left behind.
