Stay away! The place has bed bugs! As it was not enough that the location is dirty-ish, outdated and poorly maintained. And the owner is a crook. I found bed bugs right after check-in. We left right away and asked to be reimbursed. After he innitially agreed, he stopped answering our calls and messages and never reimbursed us. Just a pure thief!

On the check-in date you receive a wonderful message explaining how to pay by cash a hidden cleaning fee of 20€! If you don't agree to pay, the owner will make-up excuses to force you pay more. In my case he said I broken the keys' safe! How that would be possible? Maybe with a hammer or a torch... - There is no AC! The owner know that and keep the description as is - Bad location, you need to walk 15-20min to get to the market store or bus station - Very poor cleaning. - Poor maintenance everywhere! - Be aware to check NEGATIVE reviews, since the positive ones are easy to buy online

We tried to stay at this hotel in august for our Disney trip. We arrived at 9am to address provided only to be told we should have arrived at the “sister” hotel and was given another address. As we only had one day to go to Disney we had to leave and informed the owner we would have to check in late as we needed to get to Disneyland. We arrived back at the other address provided but this was in the middle of nowhere on a pitch black dirt road. I contacted the owner again who gave me the address again. I typed in Google which sent me to another location over a mile away. We ended up on another dirt track leading to a set of houses. We opened the gate and a French couple came out baffeled as to why we were opening their gate at 10pm. I asked for directions. In French he told me this was the wrong place and we were a while away from where we needed to be. At this point we tried again after texting the owner and asking for help. I tried to call but he kept shouting “hello” down the phone until he hung up. It was now almost 11pm 3 children in the car we ended up ditching and driving to an IBIS hotel. Since, I have tried to claim a refund but all I have encountered is rudeness from the owner. We booked through *********** who have been hopeless in trying to resolve this. The owner marked us as a “no show” so he has basically taken my money and will not have anything further to do with the incident. Very disappointing

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence in occasione della visita a Disneyland. E’ un buon punto dove alloggiare, dista dal parco una decina di minuti. Noi siamo andati in auto per poter poi assistere allo spettacolo delle 23, ma volendo per non pagare i 30€ del parcheggio si può andare con il bus (tenete però conto che la sera l’ultima corsa e’ verso le 21!). Nulla da dire sul residence che si presenta confortevole e pulito, la cosa che non mi è piaciuta e’ che venga chiesto un supplemento pulizie covid che aumenta con il numero delle notti trascorse. Per carità ci sta chiedere soldi in più per una sanificazione extra ma non ha senso chiedere 10€ per una notte e 30€ per 3 notti quando poi questa famosa sanificazione viene fatta solo al termine del soggiorno e durante la permanenza non entrano nemmeno nelle stanze a svuotare i cestini. Sinceramente queste cose mi fanno un po’ passare la poesia perché sembra proprio una scusa per spillare soldi aggiuntivi alle persone. Aggiungo che avevo richiesto cartaigenica extra via messaggio e non mi hanno nemmeno risposto e non ce l’hanno consegnata. Mah. La stanza e’ spaziosa ed e’ presente un angolo cottura.

nous avons réserver pour etre tout pret de disney et c était bien le cas. nous sommes rester 2 jour est vraiment très bien situe a 5 minute de disney, tout equiper, il ne manque rien, une machine a laver est meme disponible vraiment tout ce qui faut dans le logement, au calme avec une place de parking prive, il y avait meme des produit d'hygiene pour ceux qui oublie et tout les produit menager pour nettoyer, franchement au top super d'avoir tout a disposition, avec une cuisine très fonctionnel, et tout pret plus qu' a dormir quand on arrive. on reviendra
