Sadly, although the location is fine and the staff were friendly, the hotel is not in good shape. The rooms were dirty (huge dust bunnies under the furniture), windows didn't close fully so cold air came in, room key cards had to be replaced constantly because they would stop working (not because they were de-magnetized, at least not in a jeans pocket). There was loud construction noise from inside the hotel from 8 am (waking us up) until 5.

Excelente !!!!!! Todo 10 puntos,en ese momento la relación calidad precio estaba perfecta,hoy es CARISIMO y no lo justifica,dicho esto nada que o jetar,todo para destacar,amabilidad,disposición,desayuno...todo más que perfecto lo recomiendo

O hotel é excelente. Confortável e muito bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes, cinema bem pertinho. O staff muito educado e atencioso. O café da manhã é honesto, com boas opções, exceto pelos ovos mexidos que tínhamos que solicitar. Próximo também ao shopping de Punta carretas.

Hotel novo, bem localizado, muito limpo e moderno. Quarto amplo e confortável. Falta exaustor no banheiro e aparelhos de ar condicionado mais eficientes nos quartos. É um hotel judaico, por isso não serve bacon nem presunto no desjejum, mas nem sentimos falta desses itens porque o café da manhã estava sempre delicioso, farto e organizado. O melhor desse hotel, sem dúvidas, é o atendimento humano, gentil, caloroso, educado e sensível dos funcionários da recepção. Estão todos de parabéns! Todos foram formidáveis ao nos receber, atender e lidar com nossas solicitações. Recomendadíssimo!

è um hotel super limpo, foi um prazer usar a toalha de banho com perfume de limpa. Todo o pessoal muito prestativo e disposto a te ajudar. O quarto muito confortavel, amplo, impecavel e a temperatura muito boa. Cafe da manha muito bom.

La habitación era muy cómoda, con una cama grande, closet, tv con cable y baño de tamaño adecuado. La limpieza era buena. Destacable la atención de la recepción por parte de Juan y Micaela, quienes fueron muy amables en responder y/o resolver dudas y/o inconvenientes que tuviera. El hotel queda en Punta Carretas, a 5 minutos caminando de la Rambla, y en un sector con varios restaurantes, cafes y comercio. El precio por noche puede ser un poco elevado, pero en general Uruguay es un pais caro, así que estaría dentro del promedio. Si bien cuando llegas hay jugos y aguas en el refrigerador, estos de pagan aparte, pero es solo un detalle.

Um hotel diferenciado, no coração de Pocitos em Montevideu. Quartos limpíssimos, amplos, banheiros excelentes. Café da manha farto e excelente atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel, que se esforça ao maximo para atender os clientes. Com certeza, uma excelente escolha.

Lindo y comodo hotel,limpio,habitaciones amplias.Creo que le sobra una estrella,pero estaba muy bien.El desayuno un poco limitado,aunque sea Kasher podria tener mas variedad. Capitulo aparte el personal,super atento y amable,sobre todo en la recepcion,Silvia y Micaela,siempre con una sonrisa. En fin,lo recomiendo!!!!
