La atención de los Recepcionistas y la buena disposición a solucionar los problemas de mantenimiento es realmente destacable. Me cambiaron de habitación porque la primera que me asignaron era una cueva de humo. Me lloraban los ojos del olor a cigarro. El hotel necesita mantenimiento. Humedad en paredes, ventanas sostenidas por vasos de plástico, toallas duras y viejas, cerradura electrónica que no funcionaba, la lluvia de ducha estaba tapada, el tacho del baño tenia la suciedad de los huéspedes anteriores y larga lista de etc. Lo mejor que tiene es una ubicación cómoda cerca de ciudad vieja, restaurantes, buena luz natural en habitación, ventanas que pueden abrirse, y la excelente disposición de los Recepcionistas.

Solo es recepción
El hotel solo se concentró en remodelar la recepción del hotel para dar al público una buena imagen.
Las habitaciones muy regulares, demasiado abandonadas ya que les hace falta muchas detalles en la cual la apariencia de ellas es mala.

Mi estancia en el Urbano Hotel en Montevideo fue realmente decepcionante debido a varios aspectos negativos. La habitación carecía de calefacción, lo cual fue inaceptable considerando que la temperatura estaba a -2 grados. Además, las ventanas no cerraban bien, lo que agravó el problema del frío. La cama, además de ser incómoda y ruidosa, tenía un cubrelecho viejo y sucio. La habitación en general tenía un olor desagradable. El baño fue lo peor de la experiencia. Estaba en condiciones lamentables: el inodoro se veía descuidado, sucio y extremadamente antiguo. La ducha era insalubre, con una cortina en muy mal estado, y el mesón del baño estaba deteriorado. El desayuno fue lo único decente, con tortas y medialunas, jamón y queso básicos, fruta, cereal, yogurt y café. Sin embargo, el jugo era de sobre instantáneo, no natural, lo cual fue una decepción. No suelo hacer críticas negativas, pero no puedo recomendar este hotel. Por el precio que cobran, seguramente hay opciones mucho mejores en Montevideo. Afortunadamente, llegué a las 11 de la noche y salí del hotel a las 9 de la mañana, minimizando mi tiempo en un lugar tan poco acogedor.

Ficamos um dia e foi bom, valeu custo benefício , mas o café da manhã muito caro. Outra coisa que gostamos foi a localização. Sentimos falta de informações turísticas na portaria. No mais bem tranquilo.

Opción económica para pasar la noche, no recomiendo para estadías mas largas, el hotel no es como se ve en las fotos, es bastante mas feo y tuvimos la mala suerte de compartir la noche con un grupo de hinchas paraguayos que no pararon de cantar y gritar borrachos en la vereda y el lobby hasta las 4 de la mañana (que nos fuimos).
