Facilities: The facilities are OK, not very new
Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, relatively clean
Environment: The environment is good, close to the sea, and looking at the picture gives the feeling that the sea and the sky are one color. And basically there is a balcony, it is very comfortable to blow the sea breeze
Service: The service is good and the parking lot is free. Another room was upgraded to a suite, thumbs up👍

Good location and breakfast was ok, but took a while to get a coffee to the table. Room was clean but could do with an update. Reception staff friendly. Pool area could do with an update, broken tiles and missing grout, pool bar was closed had to go into bar, pool life guard was not friendly and was constantly shouting and telling us off for move chairs or not following silly rules, also big thing that we wasn’t told about when booking the pool closes everyday from 12.30-3.30 which was very inconvenient and we wouldn’t have booked if we new this!!!! No hat were required in the pool. Beach was nice and plenty of sun beds by pools and on beach. Pool toilet could do with a clean and update one only one toilet for ladies and one for men’s and one disabled, which seems silly for the number of people in the hotel. Good baby room for which supplied pasta and fresh sauces to make yourself. Also only two lift and very slow and waited a long time in mornings for it. Overall would not return.

Club esse Mediterraneo. Sicuramente un 4 stelle se sbatti la testa!!! La fortuna è stata aver passato una settimana con la giusta compagnia! 1) primo giorno prima assurdità con l'arroganza della bagnina in piscina. 2) qualità del cibo al ristorante abbastanza deludente ma la nota peggiore è la pulizia dello stesso. Pavimenti appiccicosi e sporchi. Tovaglie cambiate forse 2 o 3 volte..posate e bicchieri sempre opachi e sporchi. Le bevande delle macchinette per la colazione imbevibili. 3) pulizia camera? Usare l'immaginazione! Polvere ovunque. E se non volete avere incubi non guardate sotto al letto.. e non togliete le federe ai cuscini. 4) in spiaggia è vietato tutto. Giocare a bocce, racchettoni e pallone. È pericoloso e potrebbe venire la guardia costiera a fare la multa. Mai capitata una cosa del genere in 32 anni della mia vita. 5) 2 ascensori esistenti per 8 piani. Con la carrozzina di mia figlia 25 min ogni mattina per scendere al piano 0. L'unica nota positiva è per gli animatori e per alcuni camerieri del ricevimento. Mi sento di non poter consigliare assolutamente questo albergo!

La struttura ha dei punti da migliorare come l’ascensore o l’aria condizionata non semplice da gestire uniformemente ma la cucina dimostra grandi capacità così come il servizio sempre cordiale e sorridente. Le persone sono decisamente il punto forte di Mediterraneo: dalla cucina come detto fino agli animatori, uniti e complici nei giochi e nell’organizzazione del tempo. Un aiuto per rilassarsi e passare tempo spensierato.

The beach is perfect for swimming as it is so shallow and really warm. Proactive lifeguards mean you feel super safe Food is really good, so much choice. You get free wine & beer but soft drinks are charged. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially Martin in the restaurant Room was large and clean with amazing views (no kettle) Music around pool and at beach was way too loud for us, we didnt sit by the pool because of this and luckily the sunbed we were allocated was at the opposite end to the speakers on the beach Please be aware you have to pay a fee for use of facilities (beach and pool) per person per day and if you want extra beds (you get 2 per room even if it is a 4 person room) you have to pay extra. You also pay extra for the front row which we decided to do as it made it easier for us to keep an eye on the kids - this came to about £350 in total which is quite a lot to use a beach (i believe this is normal in Italy but a bit of a shock if you are used to free beaches in Greece & Portugal) This is stated on website so we knew about it beforehand All in all was perfect for what we needed
