Assteas Bed & Breakfast

Returned to this property after 5 years (in fact the only review is mine) Unlike the first stay, this was the worst of my life. Dirty and neglected place, the toilet is not well fixed to the floor, there is a broken bench in the bathroom where a friend of mine was breaking his head, cockroaches, insects... The first morning when we woke up the other couple of our friends realized that their entrance key did not open... Since they had to leave very early they had to wake us up to get the keys in our possession. The next morning there was no coffee for breakfast. The most serious thing was the lack of water... We could not take a shower and we barely managed to wash our hands because there was no water. We reported the problem early in the morning and in the evening at 8:30 pm it still had not been resolved. We called, we were told that in an hour they would have resolved the problem. Having a 2 year old daughter and almost 2 hours having passed since the phone call (so 10:30 pm) I had to necessarily leave the structure. The heat is strong and the hygiene needs especially of my daughter were urgent. When I called the owner reporting all these episodes he became defensive saying that we were in the wrong... Please stay away from this structure...
