La limpieza de las habitaciones estaban bien. El baño acorde. La habitación se veía vieja, con mobiliario gastado y descuidado. Los pasillos no tenían buen olor.
La atención para la resolución de problemas ha sido mala, sin predisposición por parte de la recepción para buscar alternativas ante el error ocasionado por el hotel.
