Me he hospedado en la cadena muchas ocasiones , pero las 3 últimas han sido del terror , no facturan mis estancias ,te dan largas por teléfono y por correo jamás llega , en Mayo habiendo pagado habitaciones de lujo nos dieron una pésima , sucia y olorosa habitación a cigarro , es una lástima que aparte te traten de hacer creer que estás en un hotel excelente mientras no existe más que en fotos esa realidad , los tiempos para que te den la habitación son exagerados y jamás te ofrecen una disculpa o forma de enmendar la situación, que lastima que la cadena haya caído tan bajo , espero pronta recuperación de los cliente que se que somos muchos .

this is a really nice and comfy hotel, located in the hearth of San Pedro Garza Garcia, and it make you feel you are in a nice house in a country house as it has the atmosphere to be in a posh ranch.!! just be careful when ordering food on food service room as we paid around $780 MXN around $42 USD for a single burger with fries,!! so I think its over the price to high!! apart from that our stayed was really nice and we had a relaxed day.!!

En el hotel no hacen el mínimo esfuerzo porque el huésped se sienta cómodo. Solicitamos con anticipación una cama plegable y nos dijeron que era según disponibilidad pero aunque el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío, nunca la llevaron. El desayuno estaba incluido y los huevos estaban sobrecogidos, casi quemados y la fruta fea. Ordenamos otros platillos fuera de la carta y estaban excesivos de precio y de calidad regular. Por lo que cobran, se pueden encontrar mejores hoteles.

No limpiaban la habitación Y cuando se habla para reportar no mandaban al personal de limpieza. Y después nos querían cambiar de habitación. Eso paso en 3 ocaciones de 5 Cobran el agua y cafe de la habitación

The hotel is nice and the service is great, but the rooms need updating. Mine in particular was too cold and I could not control the temperature even after calling service. The tub dials were also whacky and were not working well.
