La limpieza del hotel es terrible. En los días que estuve nunca en los pasillos le pasaron la aspiradora ni recogieron la basura de envolturas, pelusa y migajas. Los puffs del loby sucios no se te antojaban sentarte ni por error.. Las toallas viejas, percudidas, de distintos colores y deslavadas.

La ubicación, precio, limpieza e instalaciones del hotel están bien, pero no tuve buena experiencia en el tiempo de entrega de mi habitación (One Tecnológico Monterrey), llegué desde las 2pm esperando que desde las 3pm me pudieran entregar habitación y tuve que esperar 2 horas (5pm) para que me la entregaran y eso me afectó para llegar a un compromiso que tenía agendado. En lo personal me dio la impresión que su personal de limpieza no es suficiente para atender la demanda, y claro, las chicas de recepción son las que llevan las malas caras y malos tratos de parte de los huéspedes, que aclaro no fue mi caso, tuve bastante paciencia y comprensión.

Todo estuvo bien el estar ubicado en un centro comercial pues nos facilito todo bancos por el cajero farmacias restaurante de muchos estilos para elegir transporte al instante. Y estuvimos cerca de nuestro evento que fue el tec de Monterrey deportivo todo estuvo bien

Es un hotel muy bueno con lo necesario para poder ir trabajar y tener acceso muchos lugares en tiempos cortos, con desayuno in cluido enun muy buen horario de servicio. Me gustaria que NO se utilizaran vasos de plastcios ni carton, es mucha contaminacion y que los waffles estuvieran disponibles siempre HAY QUE PEDIR por que cuando los ponene vuelan.

Nada recomendable, servicios mínimos, personal poco entrenado y precio como si fuera oro. Necesitan más caracteres para entender que es un servicio de hotel desproporcionado, que piensa uno es económico, pero no.

El personal que trabaja en el hotel es muy amable, a pasos del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Habitaciones comoda, lo único malo es que había un lavamanos en la pieza pero no era funcional así que no se entendía, la televisión tenía problemas de conectividad. En general, un buen lugar y con ubicación estratégica.

Wouldn’t recommend staying if you are going to use the airport coach option they have . Coach was thirty minutes late picking us up and in the morning for my other flight the driver was 35 minutes late showing up so we got an Uber . Wouldn’t mind but the receptionist told us it was our fault for arriving past 11 ( every half hour ) even though we were there at 10.54 and the shuttle bus parked outside clearly hadnt moved for a while. Pretty poor service
