This BnB is outstanding. Features include 24 hour coffee, mineral water, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Have an excellent breakfast or glass of wine on a beautiful veranda. Good location in the old town. Our room had a comfortable king bed. We will be back.

Located in the middle of the old city of Monterosso, the bed and breakfast was wonderful. Comfy bed, small bathroom but more than adequate (toiletries provided). Breakfast was not as expansive as a big hotel would do, but delicious---breads and pastries, hard boiled eggs, cheese and meat, and whatever coffee drink you wanted made to order. We didn't have to request drinks the second morning, they were prepared once we appeared. A little chilly for the balcony but the breakfast room was peaceful and quiet in October. Giovanni was very helpful in giving us information about Cinque Terre. The B&B is in the midst of shops and restaurants but very quiet. Definitely would stay here again. Prices were very reasonable. And we got a packed breakfast for our last morning when we had to catch a train to Siena. Thank you!

Giovanni and the staff at Locanda Il Maestrale made us feel like we were part of their family, not at their hotel. Every morning we had freshly cut fruit in a bowl waiting for us out on the patio. A machine to squeeze fresh orange juice was just above a container full of oranges. What a treat to have as much or as little as you may want. Another machine had cold and piping hot water. Our room was just off the patio and was perfect. The shower provided a full strong flow and always had more than enough hot water. The bedroom, up in a loft, was very comfortable and a fun place to sleep after a full day of exploring the Cinque Terre area. Only about an easy 10 minute walk from the train station, the hotel was just a 2 minute stroll from several great restaurants.

Atendimento primoroso, o quarto bem decorado com peças lindas de artesã local, cama e chuveiros ótimos. O destaque fica para o café da manhã delicioso e o fato de ter água, café, chá e laranjas frescas para você preparar seu suco, disponíveis o dia todo! O terraço é super agradável, com uma vista linda de Monterosso! Recomendo demais!

Stunning small hotel with the most amazing rooms and breakfast. Giovanni and Stephanie were absolutely amazing and so helpful. The hotel is in a great location in Monterosso al Mare which was a great place to stay and a good starting point to walk to Vernazza.

My daughter and I loved our stay in April 2024. Friendly staff, amazing free breakfast on quiet balcony, tea and treats available anytime. Large, super quiet room, nice shower. In old town a quick walk from train station and ocean. What a find! We’ll be back!

The location is excellent, the place beautiful and the owner very friendly. He was very helpful and advised on where to go and what to visit . A place to remember for a nice place at cinque terre. We even had an upgrade without asking for it. We will be back!

This is the cosiest place I’ve ever stayed at! If you go here, you will feel like you are at a vacation at your moms house (if she is the kind who greets you at the door, greets you in the morning with questions about how you would like your coffee and instantly knows how to fix your beeping safe). If you are thinking of going to Monterosso, you should stay here! It’s also really clean, central and nice..

AMAZING STAY!! The best people!!! They were so friendly and accommodating we had the best stay in the nicest room and location ever. Such a good breakfast and with coffee for free it was just amazing!
