I was very disappointed in this hotel. I booked a room with 2 beds and chose this hotel because it was advertised to have parking and breakfast. To start, when we arrived, I was informed that they don't have parking. And I would need to park in the city's outdoor public parking a couple of blocks away, which was what I was trying to avoid. Then they put us in a room with 1 bed when my booking was for a room with two beds. After finally getting that straightened out, we found out that breakfast was served daily, but not until 8am. Anybody planning to hike the Cinque Terre in the summer knows to set out early. So the breakfast was no use to us. Then one afternoon the housekeeper came into the room unannounced! We were in but were changing! The next day we put the sign out to have the room cleaned. And when we returned later in the day, the sign was flipped over to the do not disturb sign and nothing was cleaned in the room. The room was decent, but the customer service was terrible and we will never stay there again.

Honestly, my favourite part of thie entire hotel was the fact that it had birds in the lobby that would greet you. Other than that, its easy to get to, to move around, the size of the room was amazing, its right by the beach, but didnt feel crowded. I would stay there agian

Hotel pulitissimo, personale molto gentile e disponibile! Comodo, con parcheggio gratuito (non scontato a Monterosso!), buona colazione, abbondante. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerò sicuramente! Prezzo nella norma, buona posizione, facile da raggiungere.

The balcony that was supposed to be a smoking area was reserved for private use without any notice and we could no longer smoke. I wish they would inform us of this.

Hotel 5 Terre was a nice location for access to Monterosso and the train station to the other Cinque Terre villages. Parking and breakfast included makes it worthwhile! It’s an older property so don’t expect a lot of modern amenities, but it certainly serves its purpose. WiFi worked so that was a plus! Staff was helpful.
