Excellent spot to stay for day trips to the Cinque Terra Well, located with a short walk to the beach, if you want to go to the beach or close to the train station. The hotel is located on a lovely landscaped garden, the staff is friendly, efficient, And well trained. The food for both breakfast and dinner was outstanding with a selection of some regional dishes as well as standard Italian plates.

This was our second visit and was just as good as the first. The hotel is set back from the beach down a quiet road in lovely gardens. It is quieter and gives you a chance to get away from the busyness of via Fegina. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Again, we had no complaints whatsoever. Would recommend this for a base for walking and sightseeing in the Cinque Terre.

Très bien placé à deux pas de la gare et du front de mer...un peu cher tout de même.. 210 euros la nuit.et piscine non chauffée (16 degrés) ..petit déjeuner qui ne varie pas avec thés et tisanes de mauvaise qualité ..petit déjeuner jusqu'à 10h 00 mais des 9h30 plus beaucoup de reassort et il faut vraiment insister..nous aurions aimé un petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux notamment les fromages et la charcuterie qui sont alignés sur un modèle "continental "..par contre très beau jardin au calme loin de la foule des cinq terres et jolie vue..

The hotel is an easy 7-8 minute walk from the train station. There are a few steps to climb in order to reach the hotel entrance, but not difficult by Cinque Terre standards. Our room had a balcony and two twin beds pushed together, which were very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, so we were able to leave the balcony door/window open at night to enjoy the cool evenings. The included breakfast was outstanding. We did not utilize the restaurant or bar. Front desk assistance was professional and efficient. A couple of negatives: like many European hotels, there weren't enough electrical outlets for our purposes. Also, if the shower had been any smaller, we wouldn't have been able to use it. Honestly, it's the smallest shower enclosure I have ever seen. I'm not sure if this is the case throughout the hotel.

I loved this hotel. It is so difficult to decide when you know nothing and are trawling through the Internet looking for accommodation, especially making the old town/new town decision. Made the right choice! Welcoming, friendly, beautifully kept hotel. The pool is a great plus for extra relaxation. This is certainly, as other reviews say, away from the crowded bustle of the (easily accessible) old town. Access to the free beach is super easy. Steep slope from the gate to the reception, but so worth it for location, helpful staff and accommodation: we had a spacious room with a balcony and large bathroom. We had an additional night in a smaller room with a smaller bathroom and a great view, so the swings and roundabouts balanced out very happily for us. Keen to return.

I spent a weekend in this hotel at the end of June and I was satisfied. Excellent location, close to the Monterosso seafront, but in a very quiet context. Beautiful garden and private pool area, clean and well-kept. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and found well-cooked dishes and professional and courteous table service. I recommend the stay, even for a relaxing weekend and to visit the Cinque Terre, a truly wonderful place. I stayed in room no. 46, which I recommend for the view.

We had a great stay (4 nights) in a superb room with balcony and sea view. Very courteous staff from the reception to the restaurant and the service staff. The location is ideal for visiting the 5 villages. This hotel is a 3-star superior. Its rooms, common areas and garden are spotless. The soundproofing is perfect and the air conditioning is quiet. The restaurant room with terrace is welcoming and the dishes offered are of very good quality and varied. Likewise, the breakfast is great with fresh fruit and crispy pastries. The price is a little high but it is well worth it in this type of tourist region. It includes parking which must be reserved.

Dans le premier village des 5 terres quand on vient de Genoa. L'hôtel propose un parking privé ce qui est indispensable car les possibilités de se garer dans les rues sont inexistantes! Il y a une piscine, belle chambre avec balcon. Monterosso est assez étalé et se divise en 2 zones, l'hôtel est sur la zone où se situe le Géant à 100/150m du bord de mer, mais le centre-ville est plutôt à l'opposé, environ 1km, ce qui n'est absolument pas dérangeant quand il fait beau de marcher le long de la mer mais on a eu 2 jours de pluies intenses et incessantes, donc pas l'idéal pour les visites ni profiter de la piscine! Les trains passent non loin de l'hôtel, la ligne est très fréquentée et ils passent tard le soir et tôt le matin, on entend rien lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées mais si vous dormez fenêtres ouvertes comme nous, vous pouvez être réveillé relativement tôt!
