Prachtige locatie met groot zwembad en bar (lunch-opties), luxe kamers, heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijtopties, erg vriendelijk personeel. Tevens mogelijkheid tot (eenvoudig) diner op binnenplaats. Tijdens ons verblijf wel opvallend veel Nederlanders.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine aprile presso il suggestivo Castello di Monterado. La location è davvero incantevole, impreziosita dalla cordialità e dalla professionalità del titolare Sig. Orlando e del suo attento staff. Per due notti abbiamo alloggiato nella dependance adiacente al castello: una camera elegante, dall’arredamento moderno perfettamente integrato nel contesto storico, con vista su parco, piscina e sul mare a pochi chilometri di distanza. Ottimo anche il ristorante, dove abbiamo cenato entrambe le sere con un menù ricco e curato, valorizzato da ingredienti locali di qualità.

Tutto magnifico! Il castello e il giardino tenuti benissimo, cura nei minimi dettagli, colazione molto buona e sempre varia. Pulizia delle camere impeccabile e la piscina nel giardino splendida. Una nota particolare per il personale: raramente ho trovato tanta gentilezza, disponibilità, cortesia e professionalità tutte insieme in tutte le persone che lavorano in questo paradiso. Anche il ristorante è di altissimo livello. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale per tutto il soggiorno

Abbiamo deciso, a distanza di qualche anno, di tornare per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie. Ancora tutto perfetto, la location da favola, la gentilezza del personale, la cura del parco e della piscina, e la bella novità del ristorante (ottimo!). Chissà, come ci siamo detti al momento del check out...non cìè il due senza il tre...torneremo- Bravi!

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Castello Monterado mit vollen Zügen. Das Zimmer und das ganze Interieur ist mit originalen Antiquitäten möbliert und gestaltet. An der Decke sind wunderschöne Fresken, vermutlich über 200 Jahre alt. In den Gängen hängen sehr schöne alte Ölbilder. Man fühlt sich zurückversetzt in längst vergangene Zeiten. Das Frühstück kann auf einer sehr schönen Terrasse, mit Sicht bis zum Meer, eingenommen werden. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Garten mit schönem Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt. Alles in allem eine außerordentlich positive Erfahrung. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

Everything about this place is special. The castle, grounds, location, food but most of all the staff. It's obvious they all really love their jobs and care about your experience. It has been very sensitively restored in the old castle but brought right up to date with the modern areas. It's all a tribute to the young owners. The food is a sensation with a wide choice at reasonable prices beautifully prepared and by knowledgeable staff. We ate here for 10 nights of our stay we were so pleased. I deny anyone not to be able to switch off completely here and recharge!

Abbiamo trascorso purtroppo solo una notte al castello , ma torneremo prestissimo . Un Grazie all’infinito alla ragazza della reception Jona meravigliosamente gentile come tutto il resto dello staff della colazione il ragazzo super gentile premuroso , la colazione eccellente . Che dire …Consiglio vivamente e ci vedremo prestissimo.

Everything about this place is welcoming. Their staff are very warm and eager to make your stay enjoyable. The ambience and scenery is just amazing. Very well maintained and neatly taken care of. If you want to get away and unwind in a medieval setting, this is an awesome option. Would definitely recommend.
