The host was very welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, they served a little bit of everything. It has really good views of the valley from the room. Very close to one of the main street.

Weekend di gelo. Struttura piacevole, posizione centralissima, purtroppo il riscaldamento ad aria non funzionava: impostato a 28° fin dalla sera precedente, secondo la persona che ci ha accolto, la camera risultava ancora fredda nel pomeriggio. Inoltre il rubinetto dell'acqua calda del lavandino non funzionava. Il problema è stato gestito dai ragazzi del bistro' sottostante che naturalmente sono rimasti molto sorpresi, con una stufetta che spostavamo dalla camera al bagno e viceversa. Nessuna soluzione per l'acqua calda del lavandino. Improvvisazione e inefficienza, peccato!

It’s a quaint, old historical hotel with a great staff. Parking is within steps to the hotel and the center of town location at the top of the hill was exceptional. Kudos to Victor, your hard work and attention to detail was sincerely appreciated! The breakfasts and staff were definitely well above average. We’ll be back!

Before travelling to Italy we tried to contact the property several times through ******* and through their email address. We never received a response. Our home was flooded by a hurricane in FL. We contacted the hotel asking if they would refund our costs or provide us a credit for the future. They said we had to contact ******* as that is how we made the reservation. I contacted ******* who then contacted the property and they denied our request. We had to fly home from our vacation to a flooded home and and the hotel would do nothing to help. We paid for our room and now ******* does not want my review to be posted. I had interactions with the hotel and my review should be posted as my experience was very poor. I would not stay here.
