Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti nel monolocale ed è stato tutto perfetto! Il posto è eccezionale, è tenuto benissimo, si dentro che fuori. L’appartamento stile toscano è tenuto davvero bene, dalle piccole alle grandi cose. La pulizia è stata veramente eccezionale!Nella casa c’è tutto l’essenziale. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cordiale e super gentile e disponibile. La zona è a 10 min da Montepulciano, 35 min dai Bagni San Filippo e 25 min da Pienza. La struttura è in mezzo alla natura e oltre una splendida piscina, che ovviamente essendo marzo è chiusa, offre anche una zona barbecue e un bel giardino! Parcheggio ambio e gratis fuori dalla casa. Mi piacerebbe tornare anche d’estate!💞

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in un monolocale immerso nel verde delle colline toscane. Il casale è un piccolo gioiellino con viste mozzafiato su entrambi i lati della valle. È presente una piscina(ovviamente non ne abbiamo usufruito essendo inverno)che può dare una grossa mano nelle calde giornate estive. Il proprietario,Luca,si è dimostrato premuroso e attento sin dal nostro arrivo. In sintesi,un ottimo soggiorno.

Soggiorno di tre notti nel periodo di Natale 2022. Appartamento Policiano Suite che è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative: riscaldato in maniera impeccabile, spaziosissimo per due famiglie grazie alla presenza di 2 bagni e arredato con gusto. Posizione ottima immerso nel verde e a pochi km. da Montepulciano. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le località vicine e la Val d'Orcia. Il Sig. Luca, che gestisce in maniera impeccabile questa splendida struttura, ha dimostrato molta professionalità sia in fase di prenotazione che durante il soggiorno. Complimenti! mi piacerebbe tornare magari per un soggiorno in primavera quando immagino il paesaggio sia veramente spettacolare.
