We had issues with the AC not working, the next day they changed the room and treated us to vouchers for Premium breakfast for two days. All in all it was a very nice stay and the staff was excellent

This property was lovely and rustic. Each outwardly facing window offer a spectacular view, and the rooms are spacious and clean.There's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up a few flights of uneven stairs.Be careful around some of the furniture though, as some pieces are wobbly, and not too stable.

El hotel es pequeño, pero acogedor con buen detalle en la limpieza e instalaciones bien conservadas. Valentina brinda un servicio excepcional, estuvimos en fechas complicadas por feriados y ella nos ayudó a reservar para cenas y comidas, evitando así tener inconvenientes.
Su desayuno incluído es en una cafeteria que pertenece a su grupo y es bueno, sin mencionar que su pan es DELICIOSO.
Se encuentra exactamente pasando el arco de piedra que da entrada al centro de Montepulciano, por lo que la ubicación también es excelente.
El único pero que le pondría, pero no es algo que me impediría volver, es que no cuentan con elevador y sus escaleras son pesadas de subir y más con maletas. Pero si eres una persona con algunas limitantes físicas o de edad avanzada, tal vez esto si pueda ser alto que quieras tener en consideración.

Beautiful hotel very near parking lot and right inside the old town. Convenient to all the sites.
Remodeled nicely but with old world charm.
Hotel staff were wonderful.
Recommend to stay here highly!
