We loved this boutique hotel! Francesca is very welcoming and the breakfast is very good and plentiful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable. We had two rooms; our daughter was in one of the more modern rooms, and we had a beautiful suite. This hotel is absolutely worth the money. It isn’t that often that rooms have an ice maker and an assortment of free drinks in a mini fridge. Montepulciano is filled with charm, cute shops, and of course, great gelato and restaurants.

Mauvaise expérience ! Mal placé accès très difficile ! Hors de prix pour une chambre d’hôtes pas de services hôteliers pour 300€ la nuit ! Ça n’a rien d’un palais les chambres sont modernes sans accès à l’extérieur Étouffant Et pour clôturer le tout on vous donne un voucher pour prendre votre petit déjeuner à 400 m ! Dans un endroit surpeuplé où vous devez attendre de 30 à 45 mn pour un café infecte sans pain Du vol

Belle expérience dans un vrai palais. Très bon accueil, nous avions tous les renseignements nécessaires pour arriver tranquillement depuis la veille. Très jolie chambre mariant confort et fresques d'époque. Petit déjeuner servi à table, le rêve ! Très jolie salle de réception. Petits bémols. Le parking, difficile d'accès et étroit et le système digicode pour entrer dans l'appartement et dans les chambres, c'est bruyant et dérangeant pour les hôtes déjà installés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Très bien placé.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel and had a great time. The location was perfect, close to all the sights , restaurants, and wine tastings. The room was beautiful, high ceilings and frescos on the walls Federica was so helpful and responsive. They provided a really nice breakfast and we had arranged parking which was convenient. We recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

The rooms were spacious, clearly though out with layout, bathroom was also spacious. We rented a car from Florence, parking was free but a bit tricky finding it.

Incredible stay at Palazzo Carletti! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel and could not recommend it more. It is beautifully renovated and in pristine condition. The breakfast room is stunning and light breakfast perfectly presented. Thank you to the staff for your assistance in booking us dinners as well. We hope to return to Montelpulciano one day and will definitely return!
