La estadía en el hotel fue maravillosa, sus instalaciones son hermosas, muy bien cuidadas y la habitacion (superior) es hermosa y con todas las comodidades... Todo el personal es supremamente amable y atentos, la comida es deliciosa y en buenas porciones, el desayuno bufet es variado y muy rico. De verdad que volvería a hospedarme allí. Quedamos muy satisfechos.

Excelente hotel, muy amplio, lindo y conectado con la naturaleza. Su personal muy amable y el aseo impecable. Muy recomendado, volveré siempre que vaya a Montenegro. 20 de 10. La comida, su oferta de bebidas, todo muy delicioso, hasta helados venden y tienen una mini tienda donde se pueden comprar cafés de excelente calidad, galletas, papas y hasta repelente o elementos de aseo personal. Don Octavio excelente persona, Diana, Caribella, Alejandro, Jairo... TODOS excelentes y muy buenas personas. Nos asignaron la mejor cabaña y lo más lindo: los pajaritos son quienes con sus hermosos cantos, lo despiertan a uno en la mañana. Tienen piscina y 3 jacuzzis calentitos. Sí tienen WiFi, sí tienen TV por cable y en serio TODO es espectacular.

Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasarla bien. Regrese con mi esposo luego de dos años y me encantó las mejoras del lugar. Las cabañas nuevas están súper acogedoras y muy lindas. El personal excelente en especial el Sr. Octavio siempre muy atento y dispuesto ayudar. El mejor hotel de todo Colombia. Nada que envidiar a hoteles 5 estrellas.

Excelente hotel lo super recomiendo, instalaciones, atención, la suite super bonita y super comoda, alimentación muy rica y el personal en su totalidad excelente atención al cliente desde la recepción las chicas muy amables, el señor del bar un excelente servicio y todos los meseros muy buena la atención siempre mirando el bienestar del huésped, pronto volveremos pase un fin de semana genial.

Es un hotel espectacular, dónde la atención es de calidad, sus habitaciones y espacios al público son limpias y pulidas. EL sr. Juan Carlos es excelente y confiable por parte del hotel para realizar los transportes desde el hotel hasta cualquier lugar turístico y viceversa.

La comida es terrible en el desayuno tipo una cárcel los huevos llenos de grasa solo salchichas cosas cero saludable. Lleven algo de comer si quieren comer bien. Lo mismo con el menú de almuerzo y cena. El internet es pésimo solo te puedes conectar cerca del lobby y por último la TV al no tener internet no funciona trate conectarme a claro TV y decía estaba bloqueado. Sumado a esto el baño en la salida de la ducha está súper sucio. Tienen trabajo que hacer en atención al cliente se me bloqueó la llave y la chica Diana solo decirme bueno no tiene buenos modales n a decir lo siento disculpe nada no existe en su manera de hablar háganse un favor hay mejores opciones que esta cerca del parque del café
