The facilities and staff are good, but the administrative side isn't the same. I purchased a package with breakfast, dinner, and taxes, including a child under 7. In the confirmation email, they told me that if the child was under 3, it wasn't necessary to include them on the reservation summary sheet. That is, a child under 4 months didn't need to be included. However, the day I arrived, they told me my 7-year-old daughter wasn't included. The conditions change once you arrive. Make sure they include them before purchasing.

Es un sitio hermoso, limpio, con una comida muy buena, me encanta el Jacuzzi por su vista, el tren es muy bonito, el río lento me encanto, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, lo único es que el precio es demasiado costoso, pero vale la pena la inversión.

We stayed for five days. The rooms were very clean and the service was good, but the hotel is extremely overpriced. Breakfast was average, and the dinner buffet was disappointing—poor quality food that didn’t justify the high cost. I was charged for a beer I never ordered, and a simple meal (burger, fries, and a small Coke) cost nearly 100k pesos, with cold, greasy fries. A frozen coffee was 40k, and a café con leche at dinner was an extra 20k. There was no complimentary water or coffee in the room, which is surprising considering we paid about 1 million pesos per night. The kids enjoyed the pool and some activities, but many required extra payment. Strangely, the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards for anything, so you’re forced to carry cash around. Overall, not worth the price—we won’t be returning

Una estadia familiar de ensueño, creeria que es el mejor hotel familiar de Colombia por ubicación, instalaciones, espacios para todos desde bebes hasta adulto mayor, excelente atencion y servicio de todo su personal. No pueden dejar disfrutar una noche de piano en el café y probar la colada de la abuela o el cafe del Efe Cafetero en todas sus modalidades.

De verdad es vergonzoso que en pleno siglo XXI donde la tecnología avanzado tanto estos señores no aceptan transferencias y peor aún no tiene cajeros dentro de sus instalaciones osea q para llegar al hotel tienes q llevar todo en efectivo? Y si no te obligan a salir a buscar dónde sea para poder comer y demás de verdad ese es el confort que ofrecen cuando la tecnología cada vez elimina procesos inutile y adicional todo el día aguantando un martillo en la pared por un arreglo de nada avale tener la más hermosas instalaciones y una pésima atención al cliente todo fue trabas no encontré la cara amable que uno espera en esos momentos fatal

lo peor, no volveremos allí.
La relación entre el precio y las expectativas no fue la esperada. no hay cóctel de bienvenida, Hubo mucha presión para que entregáramos la habitación e incluso para que abandonáramos el hotel. Aunque el check-out es a las 12 m, no se permite permanecer en las áreas comunes después de esa hora sin generar recargos. Nunca habíamos tenido una experiencia tan negativa. Hicimos el esfuerzo de reservar para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestra hija de 4 años, pero no hubo ninguna atención especial para niños cumpleañeros. Además, no permiten decoraciones ni incentivan la realización de algo especial, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más decepcionante. hemos pagamos menos por mejor atención en hoteles como el grupo ghl, Decamerón y estelar
