Nous avons reçu un bon cadeaux pour notre mariage pour le domaine Klauss un bon parmi tant d'autres pris par le temps nous n'avons pas encore pu le faire, celui-ci était valable jusqu'en juin 2024. Après les avoir appeler on m'a répondu que le bon n'était plus valable et qu'il n'était pas possible de rajouter un supplément ou d'avoir une autre prestation à la place. ils ont donc empocher l'agent sans rien en retour je trouve ça HONTEUX!!!!!

Week-end pour jeunes mariés ♥️♥️ Honnêtement c’était court en terme de séjour mais on a passé un super week-end que ce soit à l’entrée l’accueil le service la qualité la déco les chevaux le feu de cheminée le piano les mets et produits de saison le lendemain un breakfast 🍳 au top 👌 je recommande vivement ce merveilleux établissement à refaire 🤩🤩♥️♥️ (cadeau pour notre mariage 💒) 😀 Très heureux 😀 dommage pour le spa un peu trop de monde j’ai pas pu m’y rendre

Bei Anreise haben wir einen bereits bezahlten Gutschein für eine Übernachtung und ein Essen im Luxusrestaurant vorgelegt. Dieser wurde akzeptiert. Am Geburtstag meiner Frau wollten wir dann zum Essen in das Restaurant, als man uns mitteilte, dass der Gutschein nicht gültig sei. Alle Versuche zu einem Kompromiss wurden abgelehnt, sodass wir sofort abreisten. Natürlich mussten wir zum Aufenthalt auch die nicht genutzte Nacht komplett zahlen. Das Geld für den Gutschein wurde zusätzlich einbehalten. Schöne Fassade mit schäbigen Management. Unbedingt meiden.
