Ho passato il Natale in questa meravigliosa struttura coccolato dal personale gentile e premuroso. La stanza era grande, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Colazione molto varia e con materie prime fresche. SPA da sogno e trattamenti perfettamente eseguiti. Ci tornerò presto...

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in una camera Deluxe. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il personale molto gentile. La colazione è ottima e varia. A cena abbondanti gli antipasti e anche con crudità di pesce. Buona scelta tra i primi e i secondi. Materie prime ricercate e di qualità. Le piscine termali, con i giochi di colore sono molto belle. Complimenti ad Alessandro per gli Aufguss nella spa. Il motivo delle tre stelle è dovuto agli arredi delle saune finlandesi soprattutto, ma non solo, nell'area termale dove il legno è sporco ed usurato in più punti e c'è molta povere tra le assi della panca.

Hotel bellissimo, il più bello di Montegrotto e Abano, pulito, personale gentile, un po’ costoso. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Vital Suite Spa..davvero bellissima e con tutti i comfort che ci si aspetta in una suite. Pulizia e stile impeccabili.

Ho usufruito della struttura per festeggiare il mio anniversario di matrimonio. L'accogleinza è stata eccellente. Il personale di sala sempre gentile, non impostato e cordiale. Il centro wellness diretto dalla signora Isabella è un rifugio dalla frenesia della quotidianità offrendo molti trattamenti. E' l'ideale per concedersi un break ed una coccola. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza, poichè nonostante la location sia di extra lusso, il personale sa mettere le persone a proprio agio. L'attenzione alla persona mi hanno davvero colpita.

Struttura incantevole, moderna ed arredata con cura in tutti i dettagli, tutti gli operatori sono ad un livello di eccellenza. Sia le piscine che il centro benessere sono al top. Confort ottimo della camera. Ci torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Negli ultimi 10 anni ho potuto notare il notevole e costante miglioramento nella struttura,nel servizio e nel notevole salto di qualita' della ristorazione compresa la magnifica colazione. Siamo rimasti piacevolissimamente soddisfatti.
