This was not our first stay at this hotel and the mere fact that we keep coming back, proves that we like it very much! Starting from the greeting at the reception "Welcome back!" up to the easy and quick check-out, everything was perfect and helping to recharge our batteries.

Ero già stata ospite di questo favoloso hotel qualche anno fa , ma devo ammettere che dopo la ristrutturazione è davvero impeccabile Piscine ,sala spa e saune textile free tra le migliori d’Italia Rooftop fiore all’occhiello Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in una camera comodissima e silenziosissima ; cenato al bistrò in accappatoio , dove abbiamo mangiato divinamente, plauso speciale al tiramisù in vetro e sandwich con il baccalà mantecato . Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e la professionalità, in particolare modo agli addetti piscine e ristorazione Dulcis in fundo colazione , sempre in accappatoio, abbondante e di ottima qualità Pro tutto specialmente qualità e quantità del cibo proposto , spa e piscine tranquille e ben organizzate Unico suggerimento : maggior controllo negli accessi all’area esclusiva rooftop , poiché purtroppo ho accertato che alcuni ospiti facevano i furbetti ed accedevano di nascosto , senza averne il diritto .

Ci siamo trovati bene, penso che il valore aggiunto lo faccia il personale.
Personale di sala squisito
Da dopo la pandemia molti hotel 5 stelle avevano assunto personale alla prime armi, non confacente con la categoria ed i soldi spesi.
Invece in questo hotel la vera sorpresa è l’attenzione e la gentilezza del personale, che dovrebbe essere ricorrente ma che invece non lo è ovunque.
Unica pecca se non si prenota tramite loro fanno pagare 35 euro a testa per la zona sauna panoramica.
Secondo me non ha senso.
Per il resto struttura moderna in un contesto geografico (quello delle terme ove tutto è rimasto anni 80.

Soggiorno di 2 notti in un weekend di novembre, hotel apparentemente mezzo vuoto. Arrivati alle 17 del venerdi, mezza pensione, 1500euro, mia moglie ha l'influenza e rimane in camera. Alla mattina decidiamo di andarcene a causa della sua indisposizione, ore 9,30, pur sapendo che non ne ho diritto, chiedo educatamente se l'hotel "mi puo' venire incontro" con uno sconto o magari un buono per un soggiorno in futuro: nulla, chiusura totale. Forse la cose piu' fastidiosa e' aver ricevuto 2 "sondaggi" dall'hotel che mi chiedono come e' andato il soggiorno .... Signori si nasce, a mai piu' rivederci
