Il mio compagno non era molto convinto. Solitamente prediligiamo soggiorni in Trentino Alto Adige, ma ho voluto cambiare e osare...e per fortuna! Un'esperienza indimenticabile in una location raffinata ed elegante, piscine pulitissime, personale cordiale e riservato. E che dire della cucina? Io e il mio compagno riteniamo che sia in assoluto tra le cucine più ricercate mai provate prima in alcuna altra struttura, buffet di antipasti con scelte molto interessanti e che si distinguono dalle classiche proposte già provate mille volte, mai banali, mai uguali. Buffet di dolci di livello molto alto. Personale di sala educatissimo, intraprendente senza mai essere invadente, riservato e solare. Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff, di sala e di cucina, chef e pasticceri. Una squadra ben rodata e preparata! Complimenti vivissimi, non mancheremo di tornare per un po' di sano relax!

The hotel is at the highest level, a great level of service, excellent food and facilities at the highest level. Wonderful restaurants near charming day trips and fine wineries for tasting. Highly recommend.

Sono un paio di anni che frequento questa struttura trascorrendovi una settimana a gennaio e alcuni we durante l’anno. La zona spa, soprattutto il rooftop, è molto confortevole con una piscina di acqua salata e filosofia fextilefree. Ristorante superlativo. Zone comune molto curate. Opere d’arte sparse in tutta la struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel molto bello, camere con balcone ampie, letto e cuscini molto confortevoli Piscine e spa meravigliosa: possibilità di utilizzo fino alle 23 Colazione molto varia e di qualità, anche la cena molto buona con buffet vastissimo Personale molto professionale, sempre sorridente e molto disponibile Una meraviglia dove ritornare presto!

Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und hoch professionelles Personal. Die Fangomeisterin macht mit ihrer fürsorglichen, sehr freundlichen und professionellen Art die Anwendung zu einer Freude. Das “neue” Küchenteam macht einen exzellenten Job. Mitreisende Veganer bekommen ein eigenes veganes Menü, das genauso lecker und besonders ist und werden genauso herzlich und hervorragend versorgt. Jeglicher Sonderwunsch wird mit einem Lächeln quittiert und zur äußersten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass seit Jahren die selbe Belegschaft in allen Bereichen vor Ort tätig ist, was wiederum für die offenbar ausgezeichnete Führung des Hotels spricht. Die Menschen, die in diesem Hotel arbeiten, machen das Hotel letztlich zu dem was es ist. Einem feinen, persönlichen und wunderschönen Ort, um Energie zu tanken und Ruhe zu finden. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an alle, die uns diesen Aufenthalt so angenehm und leicht gestaltet haben.

Da molti anni soggiorno in questo magnifico hotel almeno due volte all'anno ed ogni volta apprezzo novità di interventi con miglioramenti strutturali, arredi, verde e fiori, opere d'arte, servizi sempre più accurati, opere d'arte, chef sempre più bravi, quello attuale è eccezionale per una cucina di alto livello, gradevolissima, molto curata, con materie prime selezionatissime e presentazioni da gran gurmet. Tutto per un soggiorno rigenerante sempre più gradevole.
