Ogni volta vengo accolto in hotel, come in famiglia ma mi accorgo che la già bellissima struttura ha delle migliorie perché il titolare desidera offrire sempre il meglio ai suoi clienti.E per questo lavora con dedizione e professionalità. Ormai da tempo soggiorniamo tre volte all'anno in quella meravigliosa oasi di natura per ritemprare il corpo grazie alle cure termali e rasserenare lo spirito.

Mia moglie ed io ritorniamo regolarmente a passare qualche giorno in questa struttura;.Riteniamo ottimale scegliere il trattamento di pensione completa, in quanto la cucina è eccellente. A colazione c'è di tutto, dolce, salato, frutta. ottimi i pasti, affiancati da generosi buffet di antipasti, verdure, dolci, formaggi. Notevoli le 3 piscine, interna, esterna da nuoto, esterna calda con idromassaggi. Parcheggio comodissimo, con posti auto coperti.

Abbiamo trascorso in famiglia presso questo hotel il lungo ponte del 1 Maggio; è stata davvero una bellissima esperienza, considerato che era il ns primo soggiorno in questa struttura. Camera super spaziosa, piscine esterne immerse nel verde e quella interna molto grande, idromassaggi ovunque. Colazione ricca di tutto, pranzo e cena con buffet, menù variegato e pietanze di qualità eccelsa. Personale di sala gentile e premuroso. Difficile venir via. Speriamo di poter ritornare al più presto!!

Vi racconto la storia: entro nel sito dell'hotel inserisco le date (11 giorni antecedenti il giorno previsto x l'arrivo) e leggo che c'è solo una camera disponibile pertanto prenoto. Arriva subito una mail con la dicitura; abbiamo ricevuto la sua "richiesta" di prenotazione le invieremo una mail di conferma. Fin qui niente di strano capita spesso. Passa un giorno e niente, la mattina seguente telefono e una signorina alquanto indisponente mi comunica che aspettano che si liberi una camera x darmi conferma. Rimango basito ma attendo. La sera ricevo una telefonata da un signore che mi informa che la camera non c'è. Ovviamente mi risento l'overbooking non è solitamente una pratica applicata dagli hotel, o la camera ce l'hai o non ce l'hai. In cinquant'anni che giro per l'Europa è la prima volta che mi capita una roba del genere. Mai più

Siamo tornati alle terme del hotel le Neroniane per l’ennesima volta e ogni volta è un vero piacere. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, il personale sempre gentile e attento a ogni dettaglio. La spa è un’oasi di pace: tra le piscine termali, i percorsi benessere e i trattamenti, è impossibile non lasciarsi andare al relax più completo. Il cibo è semplicemente eccellente. Piatti curati, ingredienti freschi, sapori autentici. È uno di quei posti in cui si torna sempre volentieri, perché riesce davvero a farti staccare da tutto. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una pausa di puro benessere.
