Montego Bay Hotels with Airport pickup service

Not the best experience at check in. Rooms were not ready for us and many other guests. No towels available before and after we went to the beach. The customer service however was awesome. The employees did their best to make us comfortable in the situation. The hotel itself was good. Food was ok. The beach was good. Be aware there is a cost for the chairs. Unfortunately we only got to use it for about an hour during our over night stay because it closed early and opened late.

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

This resort is one of a kind. The guests service staff were exceptionally friendly & attentive! They set up all my adventure excursions including my stone massage which was very relaxing:). Looking forward to going back in the future & I definitely recommend to friends & family!

Our stay in Montego Bay for half a month was really amazing and worth every penny. The staff are very friendly, kind, polite and helpful, which expresses our gratitude to us and we generously recommend it to the staff. Some of our favorite things are the cold wet towels on the beach, the fruit kebabs on the beach, and the staff came to clean our sunglasses on the beach. We also appreciated that the bed was rejected and the room was straightened at night. Turndown food accompanied by turndown is also very good. Compared to other beaches and escape bay beaches in the area, the beach is very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good. The food and drinks were very well prepared. This was the best holiday we have ever had.

The resort was very beautiful an private. Everyone was very nice an helpful. When I return I would like to stay at toby's again.

I’m a traveling fitness instructor with FitBodies, and this was my third time at the Jewel Grande. There is a reason I keep coming back!! The food is amazing. The views are stunning. The locations to teach yoga classes in are second-to-none! The accommodations/facility are constantly being monitored & upgraded (ie: repairing from the last big storm - a lot of work but there is almost zero service disruptions - very impressive!!) But mostly: The staff are like family. 😊 This year I took my husband and three kids, and not only did they enjoy the all-inclusive experience, but they felt like belonged there. My 11-year old son couldn’t get enough of his time with the water-sport guys on the beach: Dean, ‘CT’, Claude… he couldn’t wait to get up each day and hang with them. Our two teen daughters could walk around 💯 unafraid because not only is the resort completely safe: but it feels like you’ve got a dozen family members watching out for them at any given time! I had a birthday while there and not only did I get a song & a piece of amazing cake, but all that day & the next staff asked how my day had been. :) Special shout-outs to Kevin in recreation, Orlando at orchids, Aubrey at waves, Gary at the lobby bar (my son got his epic vacation nickname from him), Krisaine at LeBouchon, Kimberly from the spa for an epic massage, Shadae at Moonstone, and all the front desk staff and servers on the beach and in the restaurants & workers at the spa… … I could honestly just name names the whole review - no one the entire week made us feel like a nuisance, a hassle or ‘too much’… which is amazing for a family of 5. Definitely visit the Jewel Grande with your family - you won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back and hang with our friends again as soon as possible!

We went to Sandals Jan.16 to the 27th this year.Theeeee , once he requested it staff there are AMAZING!! Everyone is friendly & helpful! I wanted hotel sauce at the Bayside restuarant.I got it right away, everyday after Camelia would make sure I had it!! My husband likes cream for his coffee , once he brought it up to Vanecia, out came a pitcher of cream for our room.I could go on & on!! Christopher of Guest services is such an Awesome gentleman.We observed him throughout the day talking with the guests, always inquiring if they or we needed anything!! He truly is a loyal employee of Sandals.He really made our vacation More Enjoyable!!!The entertainment group were so much fun!! Tangerine & Davida & Travis & Kamar & all the rest were always moving about engaging with the guests.Go to Jo's and meet the host Horace , he is so funny and can sing!!!!Oshin as a hostess always was smiling by BAYSIDE, CHEF Gamaila & Paula made the best omelets.My husband had oxtail made for him with rice & peas,when he told Gamalia he was hoping to get that while in Jamaica.She just said no problem and got it for him the next day & did it again before we left! Just so sweet & kind to do that.p.s.She also had coconut shrimp made for me.our housekeeper Tayan had our room spotless and she was a sweet lady, we had several conversations that were really nice.Dwight who was cleaning the main hallway of living room area would break out in song, 1 time i joined him .Zedrin also was wonderful to talk to when she was in living room area, a hard worker with a huge smile Every time!I can only say our 30th anniversary was Wonderful at Sandals.Yes it's a Beautiful place, BUT it is Really the Folks who work there that will bring a smile to your face!!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is everything!! Pros: 15-30 min walk from Doc Cave’s Beach , M’garitaville, One Man Beach, and Harmony Beach Park I opted for the private room with dbl bed. Room was quite comfortable. Maria, one of the most friendly souls on the planet, checked me in and offered lots of suggestions on things to do and see in the area. Hi’Lo supermarket at corner of hostel for all your necessities. Just a Couple of suggestions to the manager: when the bathroom is shared, and when one of the 2 toilets aren’t in working order, that needs to be repaired as quickly as possible. Also couldn’t hurt to wipe down the walls and bathroom doors every now and then. Stains show badly on white paint. Would definitely stay here again. Staying here, You will save tons of money to spend on nice restaurants and activities, which was the whole point of vacationing with a local flare.
