Breathless Montego Bay

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to have conversations or just to offer a friendly greeting. The room was beautiful and kept clean and was always stocked. The entertainment was different from what I’ve ever experienced before and it was very interesting. One of the entertainment coordinators, Shanell, intrigued me to join the paint and sip event and it was great time with interesting people. I was even able to keep my masterpiece in the end. All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go again.

The resort is beautiful and accommodating. I slept well every night. The food was excellent and had lots of choices. A highlight is access to 2 additional resorts and a big beautiful beach. The service was excellent. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The pools were very nice and spacious. Overall Breathless is an Amazing resort.

The hotel was beautiful the bar service was great!!!! I had issues with the room and restaurants. Room: when you look online the room is so nice and well put together. We got to our room paint was chipped, the automatic curtains had holes in them. The hotel tub for our room was so dirty and it wasn't even fully working, there was a broken price of wood hanging from the bottom of my fridge. I've notice with alot of these all inclusive hotels they are horrible with keeping the rooms up. It's like people check out they clean and on to the next. Entertainment: they make it seem like the hotel has all these parties. The hotel was dead and we partied at the sister property secrets, that hotel had the best Entertainment and I wish I would have stayed there. Restaurant: if the kitchen closes at a certain time and will not cook food then stop sitting people. 2 times I was seated at a restaurant and was told we don't have any more food they stopped cooking.. then why did you seat me. Over all customer service was great, bar was great, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the roof top restaurant I would stay at this hotel again if the issues above are changed

Staff and butlers are very nice, helpful and informative of the resort on and off. Butler booked reservations, taxis and expeditions.

Lovely location and beach, however the entertainment is awful, needs a lot of work. Looks like the entertainment are worked like slaves.
