The staff was quite friendly. Simple check on process. My room had a great view and my bed was comfy. It was quiet and relaxing. One thing I would want to see is soaps in the bathroom and a more thorough cleaning process in the shower.

The big apple was in a great location. The customer services were nil and void. When asked about missing light bulbs in the room, was told there had no more. The TV did not work. Again, was told someone would be there to fix it in the morning. The shower only had cold water.

Budget motel for sleeping only Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.

The rooms were very very old and dirty. The sheets and pillow case had stains, couldn't connect to wifi, slippes on watee on the front porch. And no hot water. ,i can go on and on

Room with a view Great view from balcony! No food on site but excellent recommendation with Peppers restaurant walking distance block away. Air conditioner was working but did without nevertheless.
