Really poor service from start I had to wait hours to check in and the room had a damp smell and thd bathroom would flood when using the shower due to ongoing block drains

Great location and great view from room. The rooms have a lot to be desired. They are old and somewhat dirty. Although that may add to the charm for some people.
Great view from the room , decent buffet okay Snack bar, staff was in the restaurant a friendly although I found at times the reception staff were slow and not the most pleasant. It was disappointing when I needed to change for my taxi but they didn’t have any to give me and I had to overpay my taxi driver from the airport.
In addition to that this hotel charges more $20 to get to the airport then the normal taxi services do.
I’m not gonna say that it’s a horrible stay but unfortunately my expectations were not met by a long shot .
Good value for the price though I guess

Friendly staff, excellent service , and fantastc sea view witch many activities nearby.Lots of photo opportunities. Inclusive drinks and food were ok, but would like more authentic Jamaican cuisine options.

I was very disappointed. Room looked nothing like what I booked online. They told me that was because Trip.com use different pictures but when I went in their site it was the same pictures. Was not very inviting. My toilet ran the whole time I was there. Took 2 days for me to get towels and when they did bring it and gave me 1 room service for a 3 day stay I did not even get a clean rag. Some of the workers were not very pleasant as if my stay wasn’t paid for in advanced. Would never stay here again unless they have a new management and improvements. Good luck!
I enjoyed most of my stay outside looking at the ocean. So sad what ppl have to go thru for their hard working money.

The service was excellent from the reception area to the food area. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was a bit limited but it got better because we were able to dine over the other property with more options. Room and everywhere was clean.

First of all the food was an exceptional the room was ok but the only thing is the water heater sometimes it doesnt work i enjoy the beach and the gym the young lady inside the gym has a bright smile on her face, her name is sweetness she helps us with the towels and instead of pointing she take us to the rest room ofcourse and also charmaine blair from front desk was very helpful and nice we would come back because of the great hospitality especially from those two staff well done the souk restaurant exceeded expectations love it
