The hotel is in need of some renovation. The tiles were painted with paint that is peeling, which gives an image of neglect, but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and very efficient, both in the hotel and in the restaurant.

English: We decided to stay there during our visit to Vicenza and its surroundings, and overall we were more than satisfied. The evaluation takes into account some elements that could be reviewed and others that were definitely more appreciated. The location is excellent, far from heavy traffic but definitely well served, on a busy road. The common areas are large and well furnished, and even the room assigned to us was spacious and bright. The slightly dirty window panes and the bathroom tiles marked and touched up in a hasty manner are elements that can be overlooked. The possibility of choosing between three pillows of different heights and consistencies is appreciable. The breakfast buffet is varied and well stocked. The cuisine of the internal restaurant is excellent, the octopus with potatoes alone is worth the trip but the pasta and meat were also good. Applause to the staff, courteous and punctual, both the girl who received us in the afternoon and the breakfast room staff, up to the lady who serves in the restaurant, affable and courteous.

Double room but spartan and old-fashioned. Bathroom shameful and perhaps it should be max 1 star. Honestly similar standards should not exist given that the category is rather high.. very disappointed and pity that I will have to sleep here another night!

We spent a week here mid July and after a under whelming start quite enjoyed our stay in the end. Our initial impressions after the first days meals (all buffet style) were we were not too impressed with the lunch and evening food however we felt things improved after that and actually had a couple of really enjoyable meals. It might be that we just got into the swing of the sort of food on offer but it was all edible and, as it is a fair walk to any other restaurants, we had all our meals here. The wine was just about OK although a couple of times the white wine served was warm which did not help. The beer was drinkable and the (local) spirits on offer, if taken with mixers or in cocktails, was OK – but I would not recommend having the local brandy neat! The temperature was extremely hot (40C for a few days) and the aircon, after being on for 30 minutes, did its job and made for a comfortable night's sleep. We were glad to be offered a swim-up room for our last few days as a regular dip helped manage the very hot weather. We had a floating breakfast one morning and felt that there was far too much food and giving guests the choice of 2 or 3 options would have been better – the breakfast consisted of a plate of cooked food (scrambled egg, sausage, bacon), two plates of pastries, a plate of bread and jam, and a plate of cheese and cold meats with chutney, a plate of fruit and nuts and two large bowls of yogurt. We really hate food waste and rather than send half of it back uneaten put quite a bit into the fridge to have at lunchtime. I chose this hotel as the reviews in previous years had mostly been generally positive (other than the shower/bathrooms) and gave the impression (it had been ) a quiet family run hotel. It seems to have changed character with the hotel having just opened a new block across the road and there were now quite a few young guests which on some occasions were quite noisy, stood in the pool around the edge all day making it very difficult to use the pool for a swim, and the increase in guests put pressure on the eating area to the extent we had to wait for a table to become available a couple of times. My feeling was the reception staff and manager were surprised by the number of younger guests and saddened to hear about the noise issues. The staff were all excellent and the front office certainly listened to any issues we, and other guests, had and did all in their power to make the holiday the best it could be.

The rooms do not meet the conditions of a 4 star hotel. Small, narrow, uncomfortable, hard, etc. The shower is bad. It is incredible that they do not have a Complaints Book and that the Madrid Community Circuits include this type of hotel.

A disaster. It's one thing for a hotel to be old or new, but quite another for it to have a minimum of quality and cleanliness. It's under construction and full of scaffolding, the windows are dirty from not having been cleaned in two years, the carpet smells frightening, the bathroom floor is torn, the shower has holes. Only one elevator for a lot of people. No hangers in the closets. And what's the point of going on?

Hotel in a commercial/industrial area, but quiet and peaceful. The hall is beautiful, spacious and modern, ideal for relaxing or chatting. The staff is kind and helpful. The structure has a very convenient outdoor parking lot. We also took advantage of the meals, average; the breakfast, buffet style, is also average, and has a more limited choice than other hotels. The rooms are spacious but unfortunately they are also decidedly old: they definitely need improving; however, we found them to be very clean. It should also be said that there are no shutters or blinds in the room, but only curtains that, although heavy, let light into the room as soon as dawn breaks: it is not exactly ideal for those who need to sleep in total darkness. However, it is a structure that I feel like recommending, especially for the convenience of the parking, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

From the outside the hotel seems relatively luxurious and of good quality although a little old. The reception, the bar and the dining room have been renovated recently and make a rather good impression. On the other hand, the rooms need to be renovated and particularly the bathrooms whose tiles were quickly repainted and the toilets (sink, bathtub, etc.) are dilapidated. The electrical installations are in poor condition and not at all up to standard. The carpet leading to the rooms is dirty and worn. The meals are of very average quality and they do not hesitate to bring you your dishes when the previous ones are not finished and to clear away glasses and plates while asking you to leave the table quickly because the hotel is expecting groups and they need the space. A dinner dispatched in 35 minutes without any prior information on the subject. Very mediocre services. Be careful for people who do not speak Italian or English because the staff do not speak any other language and English is very average.
