Pessimo. Alla "reception" (piccola, con mobile datato e Moquette consumata) non c'è mai nessuno, ogni volta bisogna aspettare 15... minuti perché arrivi aualcuno. La stanza spoglia, triste, mobilio vecchio, senza copriletto solo il lenzuolo bianco. Alle 8.30 del mattino bussano alla porta per comunicare che se volevo la colazione dovevo uscire subito. Colazione povera (niente frutta, yogurt, formaggi, cereali)

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in hotel,posizione strategica! La camera dotata di tutti i comfort basic,parcheggio pubblico non a pagamento alle spalle dell' hotel. Luigi il proprietario molto gentile sempre pronto a soddisfare tutte le richieste, colazione prevalentemente all italiana .

Poco seri e scorretti, oltremodo sgarbati ed arroganti. Il 20 marzo dopo contatti telefonici abbiamo prenotato via mail 2 camere matrimoniali x 3 giorni. È arrivata la mail di conferma della prenotazione lo stesso giorno, per la precisione dopo 7 minuti. Giunta la data, arrivati in hotel, dopo un lungo viaggio, la nostra prenotazione era inesistente. Chiesto del sig. LUIGI, con il quale si erano avuti contatti x la prenotazione, il "figlio" Nicolas ce lo chiama al telefono e, non molto garbatamente, ci dice che è colpa nostra se la prenotazione non c'è poiché NON ABBIAMO CONFERMATO LA SUA CONFERMA. Alle nostre rimostranze il "figlio" ride e dice "faccia quello che vuole noi abbiamo 4 alberghi". La morale è che siamo rimasti senza alcuna stanza, nemmeno nei gli altri "4 alberghi" di proprietà. FATEVI UN BAGNO DI UMILTÀ, IMPARATE L'EDUCAZIONE E A PRENDERVI LE VOSTRE RESPONSABILITÀ!
