Formalmente è un 4 stelle ma non offre una struttura e un servizio adeguato allo standard.E' un ottimo albergo che vale soprattutto per il rapporto qualità - prezzo e per la posizione,per visitare le vicine Reggio Emilia e Parma.Ho trovato un letto matrimoniale un po' troppo duro,le gambe faticano a riposare (consiglio un topper) e qualche dettaglio, soprattutto nel bagno, è legato molto agli anni '80-90... In generale le camere sono ben isolate acusticamente,la colazione è standard internazionale,personale professionale come ci si aspetta.In generale un'ottima soluzione per il turista di passaggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dei Santi. Bella la location. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Purtroppo la camera non è all'altezza di un 4 stelle (spero fosse solo un problema della nostra, la 128). Bello il letto kingsize ma con il terzo letto aggiunto non resta sufficiente spazio per muoversi tra i letti. Scarsa insonorizzazione. Molti segni del tempo che passa e di scarsa manutenzione e attenzione. Fermi delle ante rotti, placca vaschetta wc che cade, rubinetteria usurata e arrugginita, guarnizione sotto la porta del box doccia assente con conseguente abbondante acqua per terra e ciabatte zuppe. Essendo nel fine settimana ci hanno risposto che non potevano risolvere i problemi e non c'erano altre camere disponibili. Molto valido il ristorante e la cantina. Qualche problema con il conto (spese addebitate non nostre) prontamente risolto dal personale.
