I am a seasoned worldwide traveller & arrived with some trepidation after reading various 1* rating reviews! All I can say is that many people obviously want to pay for a 3* Hotel & receive a 5* plus service & accommodation! All the Hotel Staff we encountered were Polite Warm Welcoming & Very Helpful! The room was Spotlessly clean & the room was cleaned & bed changed everyday. The food portions at Dinner were generous & very tasty. The pool area was clean & inviting. Sunbeds comfortable. Anything we required we asked for & were supplied with with smiles! Fab Value 3* Hotel that I have no hesitation in recomending.

Hotel terribile.Lenzuola sporche ,polvere ovunque,cibo scadente ,lo staff era scorbutico e per le persone che hanno intolleranze c era poca scelta.Inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare la cauzione nonostante non avevamo rotto nulla.Non andateci.

Pessimo hotel,le stanze erano sporche e non curate,un frigorifero che a malapena funzionava, le prese elettriche mal funzionanti.Il cibo davvero abominevole.In camera mia hanno rubato un caricatore iPhone,ad una mia amica circa 60€ e un altro amico mio un paio di occhiali(non rimanete nessuno oggetto personale nella stanza che possa essere soldi maglie e altro)Mai più

Davvero orrendo.Le stanze erano non erano curate,le prese elettriche rotte,polvere dappertutto,il cibo era abominevole,in camera mi hanno rubato il caricatore iPhone,una mia amica gli hanno rubato 60€ ed un altro amico un paio di occhiali(un consiglio non rimanete oggetti personali nelle stanze)Mai e poi mai più dentro questo hotel

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza a Montecatini terme e siccome veniamo molto spesso in questa graziosa cittadina,questa volta siamo tornati in questo bel hotel.Buona cena e colazione con il sig.Giacomo che ci ha riconosciuti ed è una persona molto brava bel suo lavoro.tutto il personale è gentile e accogliente grazie dai genovesi

Siamo tornati in questo bel hotel di Montecatini terme e ci siamo trovati come sempre molto bene ad eccezione di una notte in cui una scolaresca in gita a disturbato copiosamente il sonno di tutti gli ospiti. Personale gentile e accogliente a cominciare dal bravissimo Sig Giacomo, buona cucina e colazione. Sicuramente torneremo grazie e arrivederci Stefano e Paola Genova

Catastrophique à éviter
Cet hôtel est une véritable catastrophe. C'est de loin le pire dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Les matelas étaient inconfortables et sales, la chambre minuscule et très mal équipée, avec des murs crasseux et de l'humidité partout. Il n'y avait même pas assez d'espace pour s'asseoir correctement aux toilettes. Nous passons en moyenne plus de 100 nuits à l'hôtel par an et avons visité plus de 76 pays, donc nous savons que des problèmes peuvent survenir. Mais lorsque j'ai exprimé mes plaintes à la réception, la dame m'a répondu que, pour le prix payé, je devrais m'estimer heureux d'avoir cette prestation médiocre. Nous avions réservé à l'avance. Un conseil : évitez cet hôtel à tout prix. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement catastrophique. Bref, ils sont nuls sur toute la ligne.

Hotel molto lto carino anche vicino al centro e alle terme vicino ad un parco giochi gonfiabili e al mercatino . Personale gentile molto pulito sia nelle stanze che nei locali comuni stanza assegnata molto grande .Se vuoi visitare una città v d' arte per una delle città dove puoi soggiornare.
