Ho prenotato telefonicamente e la signora mi ha assicurato la disponibilità in albergo delle 2 camere prenotate. Dovevamo soggiornare 2 notti, arriviamo alle 18 in struttura e la signora mi dice i nostri nomi non risultano nell'elenco degli arrivi della giornata, ne tantomeno negli arrivi dei giorni successivi. Dopo aver discusso con la signora che urlava in reception, davanti allo sguardo stranito degli altri ospiti della struttura, mi dice di attendere e chiama al telefono il figlio che mi aggredisce e mi accusa di essere una bugiarda. Per farla breve, lascia la mia famiglia (ho 2 bambini piccoli) e l'altra con cuiviaggiavamo in mezzo ad una strada a km di distanza da casa. Mai mai più... se potete evitate di soggiornare da loro.

Insegna spenta, il signore all’entrata poco educato, camera scomodissima, pulizia lasciamo perdere, in bagno nemmeno il sapone, camera triste e sporca, colazione pessima. Se vuoi spendere poco va benissimo, ma a parte il letto scomodo e l’albergo lasciato andare a se stesso, la cosa che non tollero è la pulizia.

Sarò breve: scelto x il costo abbordabile tra una giornata al Lucca Comics e l'altra. I gusti sono molto personali, personalmente credo non ritornerò ma, se hanno clienti sufficienti x guadagnare, hanno ragione loro a non spendere in ristrutturazione e ammodernamento 🤷
