The staff were very helpful. However, the shower cabin was narrow and uncomfortable. Slippers, toothbrush and shaving kit are not provided at all which is surprising and uncomfortable for a 4* hotel. I didn't like breakfasts, what they do with eggs is unappetizing.

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

Stanza ampia e pulita, fornita di balcone. Personale ospitale e gentile (soprattutto il signore delle colazioni). Posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse sia di Montecatini che delle città limitrofe. Ottima la colazione per quantità e qualità.
