Hotel Ambrosiano

Ottimo albergo situato a pochi passi dal centro, dalla stazione ferroviaria e in ZTL attiva però solo nei giorni festivi e le domeniche pomeriggio. Vi è anche un parcheggio gratuito tutto il giorno a 10min a piedi (parcheggio "san Marco"). Il personale dell'albergo è stato molto gentile e disponibile nonostante le richieste nostre a causa dei bambini (1 e 3 anni). La piscina è al chiuso ed è aperta tutti i giorni dalle 10 alle 18 e vi si accede pagando una tantum 10€ per avere cuffia, accappatoio e ciabatte (non si possono usare i propri). Presente ascensore. Bagno dotato di asciugacapelli. Le portate hanno porzioni normali ed erano tutte più che buone, inclusa la colazione (buffet, con macchina per cappuccino, aranciata). Siamo stati 3 notti col pacchetto "daydreams", pagando in totale 418€ (pasti inclusi), con 2 bambini e avendo portato da casa il lettino per il figlio piccolo.

Bett ok, kleiner Schrank, Tür zum Balkon klemmt, Eisenschiebetür außen nur mit Kraft zu öffnen (Zimmer111) Bad: Tür läßst sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen. Keine Häcken oder Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen, Keine Ablage am Waschbecken. Shampoo und Duschgel nur in Sachets auf Nachfrage. Frühstück: jeden Tag Pressschinken, Käse, mit Pulver angerührtes schlabriges Rührtei, Keine Eier, kein Obst, keine Brötchen nur hartes Weisbrot, bis zu 70 Personen gleichzeitig bei zwei Kaffemaschinen! Marmaladenspender leer. Abendessen: Kein Salat an allen vier Tagen, Nudel zu hart, Fleisch und Soßen Fertigfutter. nur einmal am letzten Tag war die Lasagne in Ordnung und schmackhaft. Fazit: Für Italien ein kultunarische Schande. Getränke: Bier 9,00 €, Hauswein die 0,7l 20,00 €, Cocktails wie Aperol Spritz oder Limoncello Spritz 10,00 € Fazit: Essen und Service wie ein 2 Sterne Hotel, Getränke Preise wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel in den Bars außenrum: 0,66 Liter Bier 6,00 €, 0,5 Liter Wein 7,00 €, Limoncello Spritz 5,00 €, Pizza um die 10,00 € Service Personal zu großen Teil beim Früh - und Abendessen seher unfreundlich. Keine Minute zu früh wurde der Bereich geöffnet und wollte man in Ruhe seinen Wein nach dem Essen austrinken wurde dieser in Plastikbecher umgefüllt und man wurde regelrecht rausgeschmissen.

A fuir! J’ai mis 1 pour sa position centrale le reste est négatif Chambre single et lit minuscules. Dîner minimaliste et insipide. Petit déjeuner réduit au strict minimum. L’accès à la piscine n’est pas gratuit. Si vous souhaitez y aller on vous contraint à payer 10€ pour le peignoir, un drap de bain et un bonnet de bain. Je ne peux que vous conseiller de fuir cet hôtel

Solo per una notte abbiamo usufruito di questo albergo; beh che dire: FAVOLOSO, STUPENDO! Dalla camera (vicinissima al centro e alla stazione) alla piscina al personale di sala e della reception: disponibili, gentili e cordiali! Cibo squisito, per non parlare della colazione: con una varietà di cibi e bevande e soprattutto la macchina per fare i pancake. Consiglio per chi é della Toscana come me, ma anche per chi viene da fuori o é di passaggio. Torneremo sicuramente, magari per visitare meglio Montecatini.

Smartbox di 3 giorni regalatoci dai nostri figli. Ero titubante della formula (Smartbox) ma la cordialità e l’accoglienza del personale dell’hotel, dalla reception alla sala, mi ha fatto piacevolmente ricredere. Struttura in pieno centro, rinnovata e molto pulita. Stanza affacciata sul viale principale totalmente insonorizzata con infissi nuovi. Colazione a buffet self service con macchina automatica di bevande calde (ottime) e fredde, cornetti e torte fatte in casa, il tutto per i toast e una chicca: la macchina dei pancake!!! Personale gentilissimo a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza, si erano persino prodigati per cercare parcheggio. Torneremo sicuramente!

Lors d ' un voyage organisé en août 2023 , le groupe a séjourné dans ce confortable hôtel . Tout le monde était aux petits soins pour nous aussi bien la direction que les divers employés . J' ai des allergies , celles ci ont été respectées . Je suis FAN !

Terribly poor breakfast, rock hard baguette, almost plastic cheese, no choice for dinner and bad, cheap meat. Minimal portions. But according to the hotel, it was due to what our travel association (NRV) had paid for it. The small bathroom had not yet been renovated, shower 80x80 cm, little storage space. They did not want to turn on the air conditioning yet: it was very hot in the room. Door not open due to noise on the street side. Worst hotel ever!

The bridge on May 1st we did a tour of Pisa, Florence and Siena. We stayed at this hotel on a half board basis, then overnight and dinner. Honestly, since check in I found an excellent organization. The staff and the owner are really helpful people and try in every way to please the customers. For dinner and breakfast nothing to say, indeed really good (menu requested by our agency). I'm sorry not to give the five stars (and I'm really sorry) for two reasons, the first and there were no bidet towels (and I don't think because there isn't a bidet, since there is a hand shower) and the second and that the cleanliness of the room (dust on the floor, skirting boards, etc.) does not correspond to my cleaning/hygiene parameters. I hope this review serves to improve the quality you deserve, because in my opinion you have a beautiful organized structure and excellent / excellent staff. Posizione e personale eccellente. Ambiente un po' retrò ma in tema un po' con tutto il contesto di Montecatini. La nostra camera era comoda con spazi giusti per 4 persone. Doppio terrazzo molto gradito.
