Сам отель представляет определенный интерес, как остаток былой роскоши, чувствуется атмосфера к сожалению на всегда ушедшей эпохи.
Что не понравилось - номер маленький и душный - не знаю почему, хотя потолки очень высокие. Подушки не удобные - одной мало, две уже перебор.
Чистота - на момент моего заселения на полу было пыльно.
Душ - маленькая кабинка со встроенным душем. Когда открываешь воду - долго наслаждаешься холодной, пока наконец не пойдёт горячая.
Самый серьезный минус - при выезде отель попытался снять с меня ранее оплаченную бронь - увидел это чисто случайно. Благодаря службе поддержки Trip.com конфликт удалили, но осадочек остался.

We are a Danish family of four on a road trip through Europe, staying at many different hotels – and Grand Hotel Vittoria has been one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We enjoy luxury, good food, and a peaceful atmosphere – and this hotel delivered all three in the best possible way. Our room (116+118) was two connected rooms in one – perfect for a family. The kids had their own room, which gave everyone space and privacy. The breakfast buffet was excellent: high-quality ingredients, great variety, and a setting that made every morning feel special. A real surprise was the hotel pool – we had it completely to ourselves, even though it was during the children’s summer holidays (week 28). It felt like a private oasis in the middle of the city. The staff were professional, attentive and always helpful. This is the kind of place you remember – and the only hotel so far on our trip that we all agree we would love to return to.

We visited 12 June, was shown a really crumby room overlooking air con unit and asked to be changed , which they did straightaway. What I don’t get is why in a quarter full hotel why we were given a really poor room when , which was tired and dated (room 238 just case you intend to visit ) room 230 opposite had a balcony and overlooked the front , far more modern and bright. It put us off straight away and the following day we checked out . This is a coach touring oap type hotel with people being dropped off all the time. If that’s your thing, this is a perfect hotel . Plus side , clean and good service. Negative side , tiny shower ( you have had it if you are a chubster, you won’t fit in the cubicle:) ) , poor aircon , dated and tired hotel . Oh, it’s cheap for a reason obvs

Beautiful building located on a quiet street adjacent to a large park and walkable to many restaurants. Even though this is clearly a historic hotel, there are modern updates such as the room keys and bathroom. The bed was great. The breakfast had some fresh fruit each day. My biggest complaint is that they hosted a loud party in the lobby bar for a large, pre-teen group on one of our nights. It was obnoxious and would have been much better if confined to one of their banquet rooms. Also, although I appreciate the historic charm, the lobby and common areas felt a bit tired and could use a refresh and deep clean. The front desk staff seemed a bit disinterested, perhaps due to some of the teen travelers that weekend.

Hotel da evitare personale maleducato
Hotel vecchio insonorizzato male molto polveroso e poco pulito, nella mia camera L acqua calda dal bidet non usciva…. Giusto solo per la notte di Halloween. La reception molto maleducata in particolare Daniela che di fronte al disagio invece di porre rimedio mi ha deriso evitatelo una trappola che rovina nome dell Hotellerie italiana !!
