Servizio camera pessimo, alle ore 14,30 la camera deve ancora essere ripulita, in una struttura da 4 stelle questa è una grossa mancanza. Non si può usufruire della camera per il riposo quotidiano perché le pulizie delle camere sono fino alle 16.

Il 10 agosto, sono stata al Le Saline Resort con l'intenzione di acquistare una semplice coppa fritta, una bottiglietta d'acqua e un ghiacciolo. Nonostante fosse una giornata di festa per il resort, mi aspettavo un minimo di cortesia e attenzione, ma purtroppo ho vissuto un'esperienza davvero deludente. Dopo aver chiesto a una ragazza se fosse possibile ordinare, é andata in cucina a chiedere perché non era chiaro se fosse aperta. Una volta ottenuta conferma, ho aspettato più di 30 minuti senza essere minimamente considerata dal personale, nonostante fossero tutti impegnati a organizzare l'evento. La cosa più sconvolgente è stata l'atteggiamento maleducato di una delle dipendenti, che ha risposto in maniera scortese quando ho chiesto informazioni sull'ordine. L'unica nota positiva è stato un cameriere gentile che, pur confuso, ha cercato di aiutarmi. Tuttavia, il trattamento generale che ho ricevuto è stato inaccettabile. È evidente che la professionalità e l'attenzione al cliente non sono una priorità in questo posto. Non tornerò sicuramente e non lo consiglierò a nessuno.

Siamo stati presso la struttura il 27.07.2024, e dopo diversi anni di onorata frequentazione della stessa, siamo rimasti a dir poco esterrefatti. Pessimo ricevimento e inesistente attenzione alla clientela. Un cameriere per poco non mi ha messo le mani addosso, per il futile motivo di avergli segnalato il pessimo servizio ricevuto. Solo l’intervento di terze persone ha evitato che venissi fisicamente aggredito. In tutto questo , sole le semplici scuse del maitre. Nessun altro che abbia sentito il dovere di porgere le sentite scuse. Non escludo azioni giudiziarie . Da sconsigliare a tutti i quali ci tengano alla propria incolumità fisica

Sinceramente delusa mi riferisco al ristorante, mi dispiace dirlo avevo prenotato per due persone specificando ristorante, ma quando siamo arrivati ci hanno proposto un menù differente, le parole della cameriera mi hanno colpito più del menù....."o pizza o menù ristorante ma, è misero". Nel menù veniva indicato come uno dei primi spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino...differente da quanto pubblicizzato....sushi, coppi di frittura, primi di pesce.....anche la location rispetto allo scorso anno è cambiata....

Resort molto bello e curato , arredato con gusto , pulito , da migliorare l'organizzazione , siamo stati un settimana ospiti con 2 bambini di cui una neonata di 10 mesi, dopo qualche disguido siamo riusciti a trovare un equilibrio soprattutto per i pasti delle bimba, avendo la formula mezza pensione si può scegliere tra una doppia scelta di antipasti/primi/secondi , sempre se non sono previsti per il giorno eventi( matrimoni , compleanni o dj set in spiaggia) im questo caso molte aree del resort sono offlimit per gli ospiti del resort. I piatti sono ottimi , lo chef bravissimo. Ho letto qualche recensione che diceva di essere un oasi di pace ....si se non ci sono eventi e non nel weekend dove la spiaggia è fruibile anche da persone che non sono nel resort, la sera la stanza dove eravamo era molto rumorosa affacciando sulla zona piscina , nel complesso una bella vacanza, personale e chef e la signora Anna tutti molto carini... molto comoda l'app per ordinare dalla propria postazione ,sia spiaggia che piscina, qualsiasi cosa... Migliorerei organizzazione in concomitanza di eventi perché il resort è bellissimo e molto curato e non si possono penalizzare gli ospiti del resort .
