A very good and cozy place. Good food, good services. The whole structure are prepared for cold wheather, fireplace, everything was amazing. The towncenter is full of markets, cozy places, good beverages, amazing restaurants and afordable prices.

Breakfast was great, the waiter, Daniel even made us coffee just the way we have it in Australia. Great customer service. The room was clean and our spa bath was lovely. We could see the sunset from our room and look over the mountains at breakfast. I highly recommend.

Excelente localização: Av Monte Verde próximo às lojas e restaurantes. A pousada tem ótimas acomodações, destaque para estrutura e limpeza. E todos os serviços necessários para conforto dos hóspedes. Destaco o ótimo acolhimento e atenção dos funcionários. Tivemos também a oportunidade conhecer e almoçar no premiado restaurante Alameda Suíça, anexo a pousada. Recomendo !

Nos hospedamos por dois dias na Suiça Mineira Centro e gostamos muito. (De 10/06 à 12/06/25) Uma observação seria somente para o horário de check-in ser muito tarde (15h), inclusive chegamos mais cedo, com a expectativa de poder entrar antes mas infelizmente não pudemos, uma pena! Atendimento ok da Gabriela e também da Ana Júlia na recepção. Quarto com tamanho muito bom e confortável (suite exclusive com hidro e vista), gostamos muito. Atendimento excelente do Pablo e também da Edna no café -da-manhã, com certeza eles fazem a diferença no atendimento da Pousada. Limpeza da pousada excelente tambem. E no último dia tivemos uma feliz surpresa ao entrar pra tomar café e encontrar o cantor Wellington Araujo se apresentando...foi um delícia e com certeza fez a diferença em nosso Dia dos Namorados. No check-out ganhamos 2 águas e 2 brownies, achei carinhoso. Foi uma hospedagem bem gostosa. Estão de parabéns!

Pousada super aconchegante, extremamente limpa, travesseiros e banheiro espetaculares. O cafe da manha um show e o cha da tarde tambem é um plus maravilhoso! Muito bem localizada com restaurante em frente para quando nao quiserem subir na avenida principal. Amamos e voltaremos! Quarto enorme para casal ou família com filhos atende bem. Funcionarioa extremamente educados! Estacionamento interno.

Roupa de cama impecável e muito confortável. Café da manhã excelente, itens bem variados. Restaurante ao lado muito bom e localização boa, na avenida principal da cidade. Ficamos no quarto com banheira de hidromassagem e gostamos muito.
