Minha péssima experiência foi um pouco antes (pascoa24), mas só lembrei de fazer agora, pois voltarei a Monte Verde em Agosto e estou a procura de hotel. Fui com minha esposa para Monte Verde e +1 casal ano passado. O arrependimento já começou pelo hotel ser um tanto quanto distante em uma estrada bem ruim. Pontos: - A internet era bem ruim. O wi-fi não estava funcionando no andar e quando avisamos o atendente, avisou que estava "fora da tomada". Provavelmente pra economizar energia? Que loucura...enfim, procure fazer bastante coisa e não conte com internet do hotel. - O aquecedor do quarto estava "quebrado" (ou tbm era economia?) e não tem ar condicionado inverter/quente. Nossa "sorte" é que durante o dia fez muito calor. - Hotel cobrou da minha esposa uma toalha de rosto por limpeza de maquiagem. Século 21 e alguém não conhece tira manchas, detergente, vinagre branco? Isso conta muito sobre o hotel, imagine só os lençóis e cobertas que dormimos? Dá ânsia só de pensar. O café da manhã foi simples, qualidade ok. A única coisa legal no café é um "museu" de Coca-cola com embalagens do mundo todo, mas bem descuidado com vidros velhos/sujos, nem as fotos saem legais.

Não recomendo. Precisa melhorar
Recepção boa com funcionários solícitos.
* No primeiro dia o cobertor e lençol causou alergias respiratórias, provavelmente por falta de ventilação e descuido com a manutenção diária.
Obra no hotel na sexta feira (feriado de 18 a 21 abril). Além de hospedes barulhentos e sem noção o hotel necessita urgentemente de uma política de silêncio clara e amplamente conhecida, com placas nas escadas, quartos, corredores e locais de grande circulação.
Café muito simples, poucas frutas, apenas mamão e melao. Misteira suja com restos de queijos e pães queimados. Reposição demorada dos alimentos.
Aquecedor não funciona, o ambiente do quarto não ficou aconchegante, vc se aquecia com cobertor na cama, mas ao levantar o quarto estava frio quase te fazia desistir de ir ao banheiro ou pegar algum objeto.
Foi solicitado o serviço de quarto mas a recepção disse que não estaria disponível por ser domingo.
Os canais que funcionam na recepção não funcionam nos quartos. Decepcionante.

Durante o período do carnaval nos hospedamos no Guanxi Hotel por seis dias e tivemos uma experiencia que ficara marcada em nossas memorias, Excelente atendimento, todos prestativos, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos! Quarto excelente, limpo e confortável, café da manhã, apesar de ser servido tarde, é de boa qualidade, com muitas opções de pães, bolos e sucos. A área do hotel, em meio a um bosque de araucárias, muito bem cuidado e cheio de flores. Silencioso e preocupado com o conforto dos hospedes.

Falta de gentileza e cordealidade
Gostamos da acomodação, entrega o que prometeu.
O Atendimento que foi pouquissímo cordeal.
Perdemos o café da manha por 05 minutos e nao houve esforço algum para nos ajudar. Entendemos que regras são regras, mas tambem entendemos gentilezas e que uma tentativa de nos agradar seria muito bem vinda (como trazer algo pronto da cozinha, se esforçar pra falar com alguem, recomendar algum local de café da manha proximo ou agradevel ou até mesmo uma conduta mesmo mais cordeal e gentil na fala, com simpatia etc)...Achamos que perdeu com isso.
