The B&B owner is very hospitable. Good service. There is private parking. Very close to the ancient city. It's ok to take a walk up there. There are also many restaurants. Very good anyway. I will go again next time if I have the chance.

Came to Tuscany with my cousin and two of her friends in September 2024. Simona treated us all like family!! My room was cozy and comfortable and her breakfast was top notched. Loved the fresh juices as well. This is a great place close to everything with a top notch host who treats you like family!! Can't wait to visit again!!

Molto consigliato! La proprietaria è molto gentile, disponibile e ci ha preparato una colazione che faceva invidia a tantissimi hotel. La stanza confortevole e spaziosa. Prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Molto vicino all'uscita autostradale e posizione strategica in mezzo alle colline toscane.

Bellissima camera, calda, pulita e con tutti i comfort per trascorrere un week end fuori porta. Simona è un’ottima padrona di casa che sa dare ai suoi clienti consigli sui luoghi più caratteristici da visitare a Monte San Savino e dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole: le camere belle e curate, ottima la colorazione, così come l’accoglienza. Presenza di parcheggio gratuito. La posizione è ottima per chi non vuole stare ad arezzo ma in un posto comunque strategico per raggiungere le maggiori località.
