Tout est bien qui finit bien à Monaco Helene de l'hexagone 🙏🤗 L'hôtel est sérieux J'ai finalement été remboursée de mon séjour annulé Encore merci Vraiment désolée pour le contretemps J'allais voir de Staël Et j'ai appris que les résultats de la biopsie étaient positifs C'est avec bcp de tristesse que j'ai dû annuler À bientôt ?

Bonjour J'ai réservé deux nuits sur Booking 297€ Suite à un incident de parcours je dois annuler mon séjour L'hôtel ne me rembourse pas et me réclame en+.....297€ de frais d'annulation!!! Booking a tenté de raisonner l'établissement en vain J'ai ouvert un litige PayPal

I booked Apartments Monaco for 2 adult and 1 child (13 years). I got confirmation from site “Booking” for my request. I send them a message about when we will come to the apartment. But when we came , there was only 1 bed!!! After this I cancelled the booking by “Booking” and I wrote messages to managers of this apartment and to “Booking” that it’s impossible for us stay there! And if it’s their fault I asked to return my money!!! After long trip we have to look for new place where to stay!!! My mother uses crutches for walking! And she had to go to this apartment from parking (it is far!) by road that goes up and down sharply!!!! There is no opportunity to stop in front of apartments!!! There is no opportunity to unload luggage in front of the apartment! We carried our big luggage by this road from parking, and after we understood we couldn’t stay there - again to parking !!! From 1 floor to apartment there is narrow steep staircase. It’s impossible to bring luggage by it! There is no elevator! After some time “Booking” wrote me that managers of the apartment said that we didn’t come ! how it works??!I wrote many messages to “Booking” that we were there and it was impossible to stay there ! This apartment didn’t respond to our request ! But they ignore it !!! 5 people saw us when we came there ! And 2 women from this apartment that we met there explained how to find this apartment! And there is cameras also!!! They cheated us!! And they took our money!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pas de chauffage et d'ailleurs pas moyen d'en mettre, il y a tout bonnement pas d'installations de prévue. La porte coulissante de la sdb chambre 24 est mauvaise puisqu'elle coulisse complètement à l'intérieur du mur sans butoir et vous pouvez, vous y coincer les doigts. Couverture qui glisse sans cesse et rideaux que complètement obstruant de disponible; Eclairage à revoir - C'est pour les morts - meuble en bas d u lit gène le passage et d'ailleurs pourquoi l'avoir mis là , l'armoire à l'entrée est suffisante C'est propre dans la chambre et ça sent bon dans les couloirs. et bien décorer.

Total scam They send a text message 15mind after 11am check say you will now be charged for an additional day due to late check out. We then stored our backs for 1hr30mins before our taxi arrived and they demanded €80 store fee before the released the bags to us, avoid

A fuir Arnaque. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Je ne recommande pas. Impossible de se faire rembourser. Nous avons perdu notre argent. Un scandale. Pas de digne de Monaco et surtout ne sont pas dans la ville mais en France a Beausoleil. Fuyez
