Hotel Bellinzona Sud Swiss Quality Reviews

We were able to stay in family room for 4 with one double bed and joining door to another room with 2 single beds. Convenient for couple with two adult children. We were happy with the service. Breakfast is optional with additional payment. But front desk offers free coffee and croissants or cakes for breakfast and afternoon pause. We could go around to nearby beautiful places in the region to castles in Bellinzona and next day Vale Verzasca. I may revisit again. For 4 ppl family room may work out cheaper. Prices are not same everyday. So you need to call them to check out what are the prices for so and so date depending on the demand.

The hotel is next to the highway, just off the highway. It is very convenient to stop here for a night's rest on the way from Lugano to Zurich. There is a small garden on the side of the hotel, with lawns and distant mountains outside the window; there is also a small bar at the front desk, which provides free coffee, tea, water and snacks, which feels very warm; free parking, and a gas station next to it.

Great value for money!

We drove from Hannover to Milan and stopped in Switzerland for one night. The hotel was quite good, with free coffee, croissants and fruits. We could get a 20% discount at the restaurant next door with our room card, so it was a very good choice to rest here.
