Arrived at this hotel around 11:40 p.m., following my reservation for a double room, I found myself assigned to a triple room, reserved for users with reduced mobility, with a bathroom without shower cubicle or towel rack. It's hard to imagine being able to take a shower there without bath slippers.
Despite a complaint made immediately, nothing could be done to remedy the situation. The reception staff, telling me that as the last guest to arrive, the only available room was assigned to me. I thought I was having a dream listening to the latter, for reservation made 48 hours earlier without any unavailability being reported at the time of confirmation. Should we imagine being the victim of any kind of discrimination?
