Ho trovato molto presente il personale della struttura, soprattutto ho trovato una persona che personalmente ha aiutato gli amici con cui stavo in stanza in modo pronto, veloce: Sara, la ragazza che faceva parte del personale alla reception. A parer mio la più versatile all'interno dell’hotel, puntuale, pronta ad aiutare in qualsiasi modo; dal momento che ho sentito il personale della reception relazionarsi con i clienti, anche in diverse lingue, la persona che anche qui mi è sembrata più completa è stata Sara.

Highly recommend this hotel - it's friendly & casual & extremely well located. Go for superior double as the standard we had this trip was small. On stays in the past we have always had much bigger rooms. If you are looking for slick & modern you won't find that here. Helvetica has more of a traditional vibe & nicer & quieter for it.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years with my family because it is not only the most practical solution (ie there are apartments, not only rooms, in this hotel) but also because it is generally wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a pool and a play room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view is breathtaking… and you can set up a baby monitor and go to the bar for a drink after the kids have gone to sleep. 10/10.

Tout était parfait! Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cet hôtel magnifique! Deux appartements hôtel, parfaitement équipés! Le restaurant est excellent et le personnel aux petits soins! Les personnes de la réception sont très agréables et réactives également! Merci pour cette belle parenthèse de fraîcheur dans les Alpes suisses de mon enfance! Emplacement idéal pour toutes les activités! Merveilleux! Nous reviendrons!!!

Tout le personnel ainsi que la directrice sont aux petits soins et font le maximum pour satisfaire nos désirs, ils sont discrets et très efficaces. La carte du restaurant est variée et les plats sont délicieux et superbement présentés.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein Süd-Zimmer mit toller Aussicht ins Rohnetal und auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Das 3-Gang-Menu war ausgezeichnet und die Gänge wurden schön angerichtet.
